Abstract

背景技术
由于用户对于汽车外饰质量要求越来越高，有许多注塑的产品需要后续除掉流道料把，一般使用手掰、热刀、刀切等切割方法；这类方法对于普通注塑产品可行，而对于切除较大且厚流道料把，此种方法就容易造成注塑件的碎裂、起毛等缺陷且效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种激光切割机，以解决手工裁切存在的容易造成注塑件的碎裂、起毛、且效率低下的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：冷板与工作台支架固定连接，控制器与冷板固定连接，下切割机固定板与工作台支架固定连接，滑动支架与下切割机固定板固定连接，定位块与滑动支架固定连接，激光头与上切割机固定板固定连接。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构新颖，利用激光辐射灼烧原理，主要用于切割和雕刻高分子成型产品；具有切口光滑不开裂、精度高、切边准确、不会变形、不起毛，从而达到高质量裁切的目的。

具体实施方式
冷板6与工作台支架7固定连接，控制器3与冷板6固定连接，下切割机固定板5与工作台支架7固定连接，滑动支架4与下切割机固定板5固定连接，定位块2与滑动支架4固定连接，激光头1与上切割机固定板8固定连接。
本实用新型的工作方式是：把控制器总开关打开，把注塑件放在定位块上，启动切割开关，滑动支架滑动，使流道料把对准激光头进行切割。
