Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子,绝缘本体具有安装面,导电端子包括紧贴于安装面的焊接部,绝缘本体设有贯穿安装面且对准焊接部的透气孔。透气孔的设置,可以大大减少焊锡中产生的气泡,从而提高焊接质量。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾专利第I 322542公开了一种卡连接器,包括具有若干端子收容槽的绝缘本体、与电子卡电性接触的导电端子,所述导电端子收容于绝缘本体对应的端子收容槽道内,所述导电端子具有定位部、弹性部及焊接部,其导电端子的焊接部采用表面焊接技术焊接到电路板。焊接时,焊锡中易产生气泡,影响焊接的稳定与可靠。
所以,有必要设计一种电连接器以克服前述之不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器,其具有较好的焊接质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子,绝缘本体具有安装面,导电端子包括紧贴于安装面的焊接部,绝缘本体设有贯穿安装面且对准焊接部的透气孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器有如下功效:透气孔的设置,可以大大减少焊锡中产生的气泡,从而提高焊接质量。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1,本实用新型电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子2及组装在绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体3。绝缘本体1和导电端子2 通过一体注塑成型。
请参照图1、图2,绝缘本体1大致呈“凹”形,绝缘本体具有一基部11及自基部两相对边缘向上延伸形成的一对侧壁12。所述基部设有平行侧壁方向延伸的两组端子收容孔13。绝缘本体1具有相对的对接面(即上表面)118及安装面(即下表面)119,该安装面设有若干方形凹陷部111。绝缘本体两侧壁设有卡扣部122,所述侧壁12上设有对称的两个凹部121,各凹部上均设有水平排列的上述两个卡扣部122。
导电端子2包括注塑成型在绝缘本体内的水平固持部21、突出于对接面118的弹性接触部22及突伸出安装面119的焊接部23。固持部21具有两平行的长臂部211和短臂部212。两组端子的长臂部位于基部11中间,而短臂部则位于相对侧壁的另外两个侧面(即前后侧面,电子卡自前侧面插入)。焊接部23自固持部21的一侧延伸,固持部21在面对接触部22末端的一侧边凹陷有一凹槽213。该短臂部面向长臂部211的一侧凹陷有上述凹槽213,可在接触部22向下弯折时用来收容该接触部的自由端。所述接触部22自长臂部211向前侧及后侧方向延伸,焊接部23由短臂部212向下弯折延伸出来,其也由前后方向延伸。所述焊接部23的两侧分别设有切槽231,在本实施例中切槽呈对称设置。该切槽231呈半圆形。
特别参照图2、图4,焊接部23突伸出基部安装面119并紧贴于安装面119的凹陷部111内,导电端子2的焊接部23设置于该凹陷部111。绝缘本体进一步设有贯穿其对接面118及安装面119的透气孔112,该透气孔恰好对准焊接部,不会因为焊锡中产生气泡而影响焊接的质量。
请参照图1、图3,遮蔽壳体3包括一主体部31及沿两侧垂直向下延伸的固定部32。遮蔽壳体3两侧对应设有卡扣孔321,所述固定部对称各设有水平排列上述卡扣孔321,绝缘本体1与遮蔽壳体3通过卡扣部122与卡扣孔321的配合实现组装。固定部32的末端还设有弯折形成的焊接脚322,用来将整个电连接器100焊接到印刷电路板上。
焊接时,焊锡可以流到焊接部23的切槽231内,并包覆住焊接部23,增加了产品的焊接力,同时,由于切槽的设置,还可以大大减少焊锡的堆积,不会因此抬起整个电连接器,避免空焊的产生,保障了焊接的稳定与可靠。

Claims (6)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及收容于绝缘本体内的导电端子,绝缘本体具有安装面,导电端子包括紧贴于安装面的焊接部,其特征在于:绝缘本体设有贯穿安装面且对准焊接部的透气孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体相对安装面的另一面为对接面,所述透气孔贯穿该对接面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的焊接部两侧分别设置有切槽。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子包括水平的固持部、弹性接触部及焊接部,焊接部自固持部的一侧延伸,固持部在面对接触部末端的一侧边凹陷有一凹槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:电连接器进一步包括组装在绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,绝缘本体两侧壁设有卡扣部,遮蔽壳体两侧对应设有卡扣孔,绝缘本体与遮蔽壳体通过卡扣部与卡扣孔的配合实现安装。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述安装面设有凹陷部,导电端子的焊接部设置于该凹陷部。
