Abstract
一种沉板型电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组装于绝缘本体上的若干端子、指示装置、固持装置,绝缘本体具有可组装于电路板上的安装面,指示装置位于绝缘本体安装面的下方。通过将指示装置设置于电连接器的安装面的下面,可使本实用新型沉板型电连接器既具有指示功能又不增加其组装于电路板上后所占用电路板上方的高度。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种沉板型电连接器,尤其涉及一种具有指示装置的沉板型电连接器。
【背景技术】
电连接器广泛应用于电子产品中传输电源或电子信号,如中国台湾专利公告第532642号揭示的一种电连接器,其包括一中心端子及周围的弹性端子,实际应用时,中心端子与弹性端子分别与对接电源的正、负极相接而传输电流。该电连接器还包括一LED指示灯,当电流传输出现异常时,其可及时反映情况。但是,该LED指示灯通常设置于绝缘本体的前壁面的顶端,因此,该LED指示灯的设置大大增加了该电连接器的整体高度。然而,电连接器在电子元件中的组装空间呈现小型化的发展趋势,因此,有必要设计一种可克服上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有指示装置且又不增加其组装于电路板上后所占用电路板上方的高度的沉板型电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种沉板型电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组装于绝缘本体上的若干端子、指示装置、固持装置,绝缘本体具有可组装在电路板上的安装面,指示装置位于绝缘本体安装面的下方。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型沉板型电连接器具有如下有益效果:指示装置设置于电连接器安装面的下面,使本实用新型沉板型电连接器既具有指示功能又不增加其组装于电路板上后所占用电路板上方的高度。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型沉板型电连接器100安装于印刷电路板8上,其包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的第一、第二导电端子2、3、中心端子4、指示装置5、固持装置6、遮覆于绝缘本体1外的遮蔽壳体7。
请参阅图3及图4所示,绝缘本体1包括略呈正方体构型并于中央形成有对接腔13的第一本体11及自绝缘本体1的后部延伸入对接腔13中的圆柱状第二本体12。对接腔13位于绝缘本体1的第一本体11及第二本体12之间,且自绝缘本体1的前壁14向后延伸至后壁15。在第二本体12纵长轴线位置处形成有一贯通前后壁的收容孔122。第一本体11及第二本体12分别设有贯通绝缘本体1前壁14及后壁15的大致呈六边形状的第一收容槽111及呈正方形的第二收容槽121。绝缘本体1的底壁16在靠近侧壁17两侧分别向下凸伸出卡块161。绝缘本体1后壁15向后凸伸出卡块151。第一本体11于两侧壁17上分别设有凸块171及支撑块172。
第一端子2及第二端子3是由金属薄板冲压弯折而成,其分别包括收容于绝缘本体1的第一、第二本体11、12的第一、第二收容槽111、121内的固持部21、31、自固持部21、31向前延伸的接触部22、32以及自固持部21、31向后延伸且垂直向下弯折延伸的焊接脚23、33。第一、第二端子2、3自绝缘本体1后部向前组装入绝缘本体1内。接触部22、32部分突伸于对接腔13内,焊接脚23、33延伸出绝缘本体1外并焊接于印刷电路板8上。
中心端子4包括本体部41、自本体部41前端向前延伸的音叉状对接端42及自本体部41后端垂直向下延伸的焊接脚43。中心端子4自绝缘本体1后端组入第二本体12的收容孔122。焊接脚43延伸出绝缘本体1外并焊接于印刷电路板8上。
指示装置5包括LED指示灯51及位于LED指示灯51后部的引脚52,该引脚52大致呈“n”形,其包括自LED指示灯后部向上垂直延伸的第一引脚521、连接第一引脚521的连接部523以及自连接部向下垂直延伸的第二引脚522。
请参阅图5及图6所示,固持装置6大致呈阶梯型,其包括水平的第一平台部61、自第一平台部61向上垂直延伸的连接部62以及自连接部62一端部水平向后延伸出的第二平台部63。第一平台部61于中间部位设有收容LED指示灯51的容置空间611,两侧分别设有收容自绝缘本体1的底壁16向下凸伸出的卡块161的卡槽612。第二平台部63于前端中间部位处设有收容中间端子4的固持部41的收容槽道631,收容槽道631两侧分别设有收容LED指示灯51的引脚52的收容通道632,该收容通道632内设有肋条633,引脚52的连接部523抵靠于该肋条633顶端,第一及第二引脚521、522分别收容于该肋条633两侧的收容通道632内,且第二引脚522延伸出第二平台部63底壁并焊接于印刷电路板8上。第二平台部63的前端两侧分别设有卡槽634,其分别收容自绝缘本体1后壁15向后凸伸出的卡块151。第二平台部63于收容槽道631后端设有与其相连且贯通第二平台部63底壁的收容孔635。收容孔635收容且定位中心端子4的焊接脚43。收容孔635两侧分别对称设有若干收容孔636、637,其分别收容且定位第二端子3及第一端子2的焊接脚33、23。收容孔636的孔内侧设有向上延伸的挡块638,其用于抵靠且定位第二端子3的焊接脚33,可防止焊接脚33与LED指示灯51的第二引脚522发生短路搭接。第二平台部63侧壁上还设有凸块639。请参阅图3所示,第二平台部63的底壁上还设有支撑在印刷电路板8上的支撑块630。
遮蔽壳体7遮覆于绝缘本体1外,其于侧壁71底部向下弯折延伸有若干焊接脚72,并于侧壁71上开设有与绝缘本体1的侧壁17上的凸块171扣合的扣持孔73及与固持装置6的第二平台部63的侧壁上的凸块639扣合的扣持孔74。
印刷电路板8上设有若干通孔81、82、83、84、85,其分别收容遮蔽壳体7的焊接脚72、第一端子2的焊接脚23、第二端子3的焊接脚33、中心端子的焊接脚43及指示装置5的第二引脚522。
当将指示装置5组装入固持装置6后,将其作为一整体组装入绝缘本体1内。绝缘本体1的前壁14为本实用新型沉板型电连接器的对接面,组装完后,指示装置5位于绝缘本体1的对接面的后方。
绝缘本体1的侧壁17及固持装置6的底壁上设置的若干支撑块172、630构成本实用新型沉板型电连接器的安装面,指示装置5安装于该沉板型电连接器的安装面的下面,所以本实用新型沉板型电连接器在增加指示装置5使其具有指示功能时,并没有增加其组装于电路板上后所占用电路板上方的高度。此外,本实用新型沉板型电连接器100在组装时,可以将第一、第二及中心端子2、3、4组装入绝缘本体1及指示装置5组装入固持装置6分为两个独立且可同时进行的工序,可缩短组装时间,提高生产效率。
本具体实施方式仅列举了本实用新型沉板型电连接器的较佳实施方式,当然,本实用新型沉板型电连接器100还可以采用其它结构。比如绝缘本体1的对接腔13可向下贯穿绝缘本体1的底壁16,固持装置6的第一平台部61的前壁64可向前延伸至绝缘本体1的对接面处,即对接腔13由绝缘本体1的顶壁、两侧壁17与固持装置6的第一平台部61的顶壁共同构成。此时,指示装置5仍收容于固持装置6位于绝缘本体1底壁16中央位置处所开设的容置空间611内,即指示装置5位于绝缘本体1的对接面的后方。
Claims (10)
1.一种沉板型电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及组装于绝缘本体上的若干端子、指示装置、固持装置,绝缘本体具有可组装在电路板上的安装面,其特征在于:指示装置位于绝缘本体安装面的下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有对接面,指示装置位于对接面的后方。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有侧壁,固持装置设有底壁,所述侧壁及底壁上分别设有支撑块,所述安装面由该若干支撑块构成。
4.如权利要求2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有前壁,所述对接面为绝缘本体的前壁。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置设有容置空间,指示装置包括指示灯及引脚,指示灯收容于容置空间内。
6.如权利要求5所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置包括第一平台部、连接部及第二平台部,容置空间设于第一平台部上。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持装置设有收容孔,收容孔的孔内侧设有挡块。
8.如权利要求7所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干端子包括第一端子、第二端子及中心端子,其分别具有焊接脚,各端子的焊接脚分别收容于所述收容孔内。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有后壁及底壁,于绝缘本体的后壁及底壁分别向后及向下凸伸出卡块,固持装置上设有与所述卡块配合的卡槽。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的沉板型电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括遮蔽壳体,其侧壁上设有扣持孔,固持装置的侧壁上设有与所述扣持孔配合的凸块。
