背景技术
目前热加工模锻行业,一般都采用压机、锤锻、摩擦压力机加工模锻产品。在模具方面支出成本较高,其原因在于一般产品形膛都是直接设计在模块上。由于锤锻设备的特点和限制性,模块都比较庞大,模具钢用量大。不管产品大小都不能改变模块的整体外形尺寸。在生产过程中,由于材料的特性,使用不当极易破裂报废,成本高,加工时间长。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低、制作方便的预应力镶块式模具。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
预应力镶块式模具,包括模体,模体内设有镶块,镶块为模具钢,镶块与模体紧密连接。
本实用新型制作时,先将模体加热,由于热胀冷缩,模体膨胀,将镶块放入模体内,冷却后,镶块紧紧嵌入模体内。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
(1)模具钢成本高,可以节约锻模用钢和制模成本;
(2)镶块在模体内定位可靠不易松动;
(3)装模调试方便,运用范围广,制作方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,预应力镶块式模具,包括模体1,模体1内设有镶块2,模体1采用45#钢,镶块2为模具钢H13,镶块2与模体1紧密连接。
制作本实用新型时,加热模体1,由于热胀冷缩,模体1受热膨胀,将镶块2放入模体1内,然后冷却,镶块2紧紧嵌入模体1内,由于模体1采用了成本较低的45#钢制作方便、成本低。
