本实用新型涉及一种液压设备中常用的油缸，具体涉及一种双密封液压油缸。
背景技术
液压油缸是液压系统中的执行机构。一般由缸体，缸杆(活塞杆)及密封件组成，缸体内部由活塞分成两个部分，分别通一个油孔。由于液体的压缩比很小，所以当其中一个油孔进油时，活塞将被推动使另一个油孔出油，活塞带动活塞杆做伸出(缩回)运动，反之亦然。目前缸体密封件主要由主油封、防尘圈和支撑圈组成，但这种密封件经常会导致缸体漏油。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述不足之处，设计了一种双密封液压油缸，目的在于有效解决目前液压油缸漏油现象。
本实用新型的技术解决方案：
一种双密封液压油缸，由缸体，缸杆及密封件组成，其特征在于：将所述密封件中的两个支撑圈宽度减小，并且在两个支撑圈之间再设置一个油封装置。
本实用新型的有益效果：本设计结构简单，通过减小支撑圈的宽度并在支撑圈之间再设置一个油封装置的方式解决了缸体漏油的现象，延长了液压油缸的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图所示：液压油缸由缸体1，缸杆、活塞2及密封件组成。密封件中的支撑圈3和支撑圈5宽度减小，并且在两个支撑圈之间再设置一个油封装置4，与原有密封装置6配合形成两套油封装置。7为防尘圈。
具体工作过程：
液压油缸在工作过程中由于多加了一套油封装置4，漏油的现象和几率大大降低，从而延长了液压油缸的使用寿命。
综上，本实用新型达到预期效果。
