背景技术
为了使注胚模具在注胚完成后能快速冷却,使瓶胚容易脱模,通常都是在注胚模具的外壁制有冷却水路,利用水在冷却水路中流动对型腔进行冷却。已有注胚模的型腔都是一个整体,型腔外壁的冷却水路只有一个进水口和一个出水口,然而当水从型腔上部的进水口进入,再绕着型腔外壁进行冷却,最后当水流到型腔底部时,水的冷却效果会变得较差,因此往往在型腔的底部,瓶胚不能得到及时的冷却,造成脱胚时瓶胚底部会粘住型腔内壁,造成瓶胚变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种制造、加工方便,冷却效果好,保证瓶胚顺利脱模的注胚模分体式型腔冷却水路。
本实用新型注胚模分体式型腔冷却水路的技术方案是:包括注胚模的型腔,在型腔外壁制有冷却水路,其特征在于所述型腔分为型腔体和型腔底两块,在型腔体中制有型腔体冷却水路,型腔体冷却水路中制有型腔体进水口和型腔体出水口,在型腔底中制有型腔底冷却水路,型腔底冷却水路中制有型腔底进水口和型腔底出水口。
