为了使注坯模具在注坯完成后能快速冷却,使瓶坯容易脱模,通常都是在注坯模具的外壁制有冷却水路,利用冷却水在冷却水路中流动对型腔进行冷却,从而达到型腔对瓶坯进行冷却的目的。已有注坯模具的型腔都是一体制造成型,其存在的缺点是:型腔口部的外壁无法制有冷却水路,从而导致瓶坯的口部冷却效果差,若瓶坯不能得到及时的冷却,造成脱坯时瓶坯口部会粘住型腔内壁,使瓶坯产生变形。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种冷却效果好,避免瓶坯产生变形,保证瓶坯顺利脱模的注坯模分体式型腔冷却机构。
