使用时，练习者双手握住把手，上肢及手臂用力将转动盘转动，使手臂逐步依次握住把手，通过往返交替运动以增上肢手臂肌肉的力量，可有效地锻炼上肢肌肉群的力量，能缓解上肢酸痛症状。
