Abstract

一种电动汽车电机的水冷结构,水套的表层由隔板、加强筋形成轴向迂回的槽形水道,水套的外侧套装有机壳并端部焊接,这样机壳与槽形水道之间形成冷却水道,进水口、出水口设在水套的两端部并与槽形水道相通。优点是,在电机的水套上铸有加强筋来提高水套的工作强度,就不会被来至不同方向的外力作用而断裂。另外,在电机与水套的密封上采用的是焊接的方式,在工艺上制作简单、在产品上也很经济,适合大批量生产与机加工。

本实用新型适用于电动汽车电机的水冷结构,特别是大功率的驱动电机水冷结构。
背景技术
现有的水冷电机水套为S型结构,存在以下问题,1.未铸加强筋使电机在不同工况之下水套的强度不够而断裂。2.在水套与外壳密封方面密封性不好,经常会发生渗漏的情况,情况严重时会使整个电机坏掉。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有所存在的问题,提供一种强度高的电动汽车电机的水冷结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:水套的表层由隔板、加强筋形成轴向迂回的槽形水道,水套的外侧套装有机壳并端部焊接,这样机壳与槽形水道之间形成冷却水道,进水口、出水口设在水套的两端部并与槽形水道相通。
本实用新型的优点是,在电机的水套上铸有加强筋来提高水套的工作强度,就不会被来至不同方向的外力作用而断裂。另外,在电机与水套的密封上采用的是焊接的方式,在工艺上制作简单、在产品上也很经济,适合大批量生产与机加工。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明,如图所示,水套4的表层由隔板7、加强筋5形成轴向迂回的槽形水道3,水套4的外侧套装有机壳8并端部焊接,这样机壳8与槽形水道3之间形成冷却水道,进水口1、出水口2设在水套4的两端部并与槽形水道3相通;槽形水道3在水道拐口6处连通,由于加强筋5为轴向布置,可以提供水套有足够的强度。水流进水口1流入,经迂回的槽形水道3,在由水道出水口2流出,以此循环流动确保电机工作正常。
