本实用新型涉及一种对机械设备润滑的装置，更具体地说涉及润滑脂自动加注装置。
背景技术
机械设备在工作时由于运动副之间的相对运动，会产生摩擦、磨损、发热，影响机器的正常工作。为此，都必须在运动副的摩擦面之间加注润滑油或润滑脂。对于相对运动速度不是很高、负载不是很大的场合可以用润滑脂润滑，采用阶段性地加注润滑脂，但即便如此对于结构复杂和在机器内部的加注点还是显得麻烦，需要停机、拆机，影响工作效率，甚至造成机件的损坏。如果没有及时加油也会造成机件的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能保证润滑可靠，操作方便的润滑脂自动加注装置。
为了达到上述要求，所采用的技术方案是：它包括有定时定量带油脂罐的注脂泵，其特征是在加注润滑脂的部位经通道与轴端的加油口连通，在加油口的轴端上安装有与加油口对接的注油接头，注油接头与注脂泵连接。
根据上述方案制造的润滑脂自动加注装置，由注脂泵定时定量地将润滑脂经注油接头、加油口和通道输送到加注润滑脂的部位。它具有润滑可靠、加注油脂时不必停机，更不要拆机的优点。
