Abstract
一种涡轮增压器的浮动轴承,其特征是在浮动轴承内孔的工作面上设置有进油槽。由于在浮动轴承内孔的工作面上设置有螺旋线形进油槽,从而加快浮动轴承内孔的进油速度和进油量,并且螺旋线形进油槽还有含油的作用,即使在短时间内发生润滑油供油不足的情况下,油槽里所含的润滑油也可以在一定程度上起到补充润滑的作用,以此来保证涡轮增压器能够维持在正常工作状态,从而有效减少涡轮增压器及轴系零件因润滑不畅而导致的问题和故障,延长了涡轮增压器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车发动机涡轮增压器部件,特别是一种涡轮增压器的浮动轴承。
背景技术
浮动轴承在涡轮增压器产品中的主要作用是防止由于涡轮增压器转子高速旋转时所产生的震动及径向力造成轴系零件之间相互摩擦而损坏。浮动轴承在工作时,润滑油在浮动轴承的内表面和外表面同时形成油膜,以此来消除由于转子高速转动时所产生的振动及径向力。见图2、3,现有的油路结构是在浮动轴承上开有沿周向均布的进油孔4,涡轮轴与浮动轴承内孔工作面之间的间隙,单边只有0.015~0.02mm,因此采用上述结构如果润滑油进油量不足,则涡轮轴与浮动轴承之间的油膜就难以形成,容易导致润滑不畅相互摩擦并产生高温而损坏,从而最终导致涡轮增压器的损毁。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种涡轮增压器的浮动轴承,能保持充足润滑油进油量,润滑通畅,工作安全,提高使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案是:其特征是:在浮动轴承内孔的工作面上设置有进油槽。
所述进油槽为螺旋线形。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在浮动轴承内孔的工作面上设置有螺旋线形进油槽,从而加快浮动轴承内孔的进油速度和进油量,并且螺旋线形进油槽还有含油的作用,即使在短时间内发生润滑油供油不足的情况下,油槽里所含的润滑油也可以在一定程度上起到补充润滑的作用,以此来保证涡轮增压器能够维持在正常工作状态,从而有效减少涡轮增压器及轴系零件因润滑不畅而导致的问题和故障,延长了涡轮增压器的使用寿命。
