背景技术
铅酸电池的极板是由活性物质和板栅组成的,板栅的作用是支撑活性物质和传输电流。通常的板栅结构式由较粗的边框和极耳组成,边框内是由较细的横、竖筋条组成网状孔格,铅膏涂在边框内的栅格和横、竖筋条上面,其两面都要涂填。板栅的横、竖筋条的粗细、稀密与铅膏涂填量互相之间存在抵触,所以蓄电池在使用或者检测时,某些参数不能得到满足。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铅酸蓄电池的板栅的技术方案。

下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图所示,铅酸蓄电池的板栅,包括边框4、横筋5、竖筋6和设置在边框4外侧的极耳1,在边框4、横筋5、竖筋6围成的网格内设置薄片3,在该薄片3上设有通孔2,通孔2的孔径设置为0.8-1.2mm。这样就加强了活性物质的承载强度,活性物质的利用率可提高27%-30%,其改善了横、竖筋条网格节点电阻,从而提高了大电流放电特性,提高了功率特性,拓展了铅酸蓄电池的应用范围,增加了蓄电池的使用寿命。
该板栅在制作时,将铸栅的合金铅在指定的熔铅炉内熔化,然后将熔融状态的合金铅液流入储液槽内;再将储液槽内的合金铅液注入板栅模腔内,按工艺规范要求使模腔内铅液凝固成型,然后开模出片,即为本专利所述的板栅,存放后就可供涂铅膏制极板及装配蓄电池。

1.铅酸蓄电池的板栅,包括边框、横筋、竖筋和设置在边框外侧的极耳,其特征在于:在边框、横筋、竖筋围成的网格内设置薄片,在该薄片上设有通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池的板栅,其特征在于所述的通孔的孔径设置为0.8-1.2mm。
