本实用新型提供的一种双转子连续混炼装置,包括一对回转的转子及设于转子外的料筒,各转子沿轴向由后向前依次为螺纹状的进料段、第一混炼段、螺纹状的输送段、第二混炼段及卸料段,所述第一混炼段及第二混炼段上设有沿径向凸起的螺棱,所述第一混炼段和第二混炼段上沿径向凸起的螺棱沿转子周向间隔分布且数量为三个,各螺棱之间周向均具有一个沿转子径向凹入的勺形自由空间;所述进料段的横截面大于其他各段的横截面;所述料筒内侧壁设有衬套。该混炼装置混合效率高,使用寿命长且更加节能。

一种双转子连续混炼装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高聚物加工机械,更具体地说是涉及一种双转子连续混炼装置。
背景技术
双转子连续混炼机,是由美国Fa r r e 1公司于六十年代中期,在其名牌产品Banbury密炼机的基础上开发制造的新型连续密炼机械。该机器的外型很象双螺杆挤出机,而加料与出料方式则并不相同。该机器主要由料筒、转子、卸料装置等部分组成。料筒上的混炼腔为相互贯通的、横截面为∞形的孔。物料在混炼腔中受到转子的剪切、粉碎、捏合、混合作用。料筒上还开有冷却水孔,并备有电加热器,可以根据工艺的需要,对物料进行加热和冷却。转子根据其功能可以划分为加料段、混炼段和出料段。其中,加料段如同两根非啮合的双螺杆,由加料口加入的物料,在转子混炼段螺纹的推动下,到达混炼段;混炼段则更象一对密炼机转子,其表面有两对旋转方向相反、螺旋角各不相等的螺纹,物料在此受到挤压、粉碎,从而被捏合、熔融、混合、塑化;出料段通常为圆柱体,或为螺纹段。卸料装置由卸料门和调节装置所组成,通过调节卸料调节装置,可以控制卸料门的开启度,达到控制物料在混炼腔中的的停留时间的目的。由于该机器维护方便,因此倍受人们的关注。尤其是在大型石油化工行业,被广泛地应用于合成高分子材料的混合。
双转子连续混炼机的加工能力与其料筒内的自由体积的大小成正比。目前的连续混炼机的转子端面形状通常为椭圆形。该种转子断面的面积较大,所占的料筒空间较大,料筒内的自由体积相对较小,导致物料在料筒中的停留时间受到了限制,转子每转一圈,转子对物料只剪切两次,使混合效率较低。另有研究表明,物料在加入混炼机的初期,是呈块状的弹性体,料块与料块问的牵带性很小,常常为相互独立的块团,现有椭圆形转子组构成的自由体积相对较小,导致了加料量偏小,松散的物料在混炼过程中有相当一部分随转子在混炼腔内空转,而造成物料随转子空转而并未被实际剪切混合,导致物料在由转子螺棱推进面流入到转子螺棱顶部与混炼腔内壁之间的间隙的过程中,部分物料并没有牵带进入该高剪切区,而是产生了返流,在转子螺棱推进面形成了螺旋转动,使部分物料与转子一道在混炼腔内旋转,因而降低了混炼效率。白白地消耗了功率,影响了混合效率和混合效果。
目前双转子连续混炼机在工作过程中,转动的转子容易将料筒的内侧壁磨损,导致整个混炼机无法工作,必须要重新换料筒或者重新换一台混炼机,这种双转子连续混炼机的寿命较短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其目的在于克服现有寿命短、效率低的缺点。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种双转子连续混炼装置,包括一对回转的转子及设于转子外的料筒,各转子沿轴向由后向前依次为螺纹状的进料段、第一混炼段、螺纹状的输送段、第二混炼段及卸料段,所述第一混炼段及第二混炼段上设有沿径向凸起的螺棱,所述第一混炼段和第二混炼段上沿径向凸起的螺棱沿转子周向间隔分布且数量为三个,各螺棱之间周向均具有一个沿转子径向凹入的勺形自由空间;所述进料段的横截面大于其他各段的横截面;所述料筒内侧壁设有衬套。
所述各螺棱的顶缘有一榫状楔入部。
所述螺棱顶缘的榫状楔入部均设置在转子的回转工作面一侧。
所述榫状楔入部的斜面的角度在10度到35度之间,款度为螺棱顶部宽度的35%到70%之间。
所述螺棱沿转子周向等间隔分布。
所述各转子螺棱之间的周向自由空间沿转子横截面呈勺形,其回转工作面一侧的自由空间的轮廓线均呈沿径向外凸的勺把状曲线段,而剩余的自由空间轮廓线段为沿径向内凹的勺头状曲线段。
通过上述对本实用新型的描述可知,和现有的技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:由于所述第一混炼段和第二混炼段上的沿径向凸起的螺棱的数量为三个沿转子周向间隔分布的螺棱,各螺棱之间周向均具有一个沿转子径向凹入的勺形自由空间,混合粉料的能力强,产量高,同时也更加节能;由于进料段的横截面大于其他各段的横截面,其输送粉料的能力强;由于料筒内侧壁设有衬套,因此当转子在转动过程中将衬套磨损时,只需更换衬套即可,方便实用,同时也增加了双转子连续混炼装置的使用寿命;由于各螺棱的顶缘有一榫状楔入部,增加了转子顶部对粉料的剪切速率,同时也提高了粉料通过螺棱顶部的比例,防止粉料在混炼腔内随转子一起空转的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种双转子连续混炼装置,包括一对回转的转子1、2及设于转子1、2外的料筒3,转子1沿轴向由后向前依次设有螺纹状的进料段11、第一混炼段12、螺纹状的输送段13、第二混炼段14及卸料段15,所述第一混炼段12设有沿径向凸起的螺棱121,第二混炼段设有沿径向凸起的螺棱141,第一混炼段12和第二混炼段14上的沿径向凸起的螺棱121、141沿转子周向等间隔分布且数量为三个,各螺棱之间周向均具有一个沿转子径向凹入的勺形自由空间4,螺棱121、141的顶缘设有一榫状楔入部122、142,榫状楔入部122、142均设置在转子的回转工作面一侧,榫状楔入部122、142的斜面的角度α在10度到35度之间,宽度为螺棱顶部宽度的35%到70%之间;所述进料段11的直径大于其他各段的直径;所述料筒3内侧壁设有衬套5。转子2与转子1的结构相同。
所述各转子螺棱之间的周向自由空间4沿转子横截面呈勺形,其回转工作面一侧的自由空间的轮廓线41均呈沿径向外凸的勺把状曲线段,而剩余的自由空间轮廓线段42为沿径向内凹的勺头状曲线段。
上述一种双转子连续混炼装置的工作过程如下:物料随着转子1、2的转动,先在螺纹状进料段11的带动下,随着螺纹进入第一混炼段12,在螺棱121及周向自由空间4的转动下,物料混合,接着继续随着转子1、2的带动,混合的物料进入螺纹状的输送段13,随着螺纹进入第二混炼段14,在螺棱141及周向自由空间4的转动下,物料混合更加均匀,最终进入卸料段15,从卸料口出来,由于料筒3内侧壁设有衬套5,因此当转子1、2在转动过程中,将衬套5磨损后,只需重新换上一个新的衬套即可,延长了该混炼装置的使用寿命,方便实用。

1.一种双转子连续混炼装置,包括一对回转的转子及设于转子外的料筒,各转子沿轴向由后向前依次为螺纹状的进料段、第一混炼段、螺纹状的输送段、第二混炼段及卸料段,所述第一混炼段及第二混炼段上设有沿径向凸起的螺棱,其特征在于:所述第一混炼段和第二混炼段上沿径向凸起的螺棱沿转子周向间隔分布且数量为三个,各螺棱之间周向均具有一个沿转子径向凹入的勺形自由空间;所述进料段的横截面大于其他各段的横截面;所述料筒内侧壁设有衬套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其特征在于:所述各螺棱的顶缘有一榫状楔入部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其特征在于:所述螺棱顶缘的榫状楔入部均设置在转子的回转工作面一侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其特征在于:所述榫状楔入部的斜面的角度在10度到35度之间,款度为螺棱顶部宽度的35%到70%之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其特征在于:所述螺棱沿转子周向等间隔分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双转子连续混炼装置,其特征在于:所述各转子螺棱之间的周向自由空间沿转子横截面呈勺形,其回转工作面一侧的自由空间的轮廓线均呈沿径向外凸的勺把状曲线段,而剩余的自由空间轮廓线段为沿径向内凹的勺头状曲线段。
