本发明创造的目的是提供一种定位准确,能提高焊缝质量的锐角接头电子束焊接夹具;本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的:锐角接头电子束焊接夹具,其特征在于该夹具包括底板、平板、支座、压板、角撑和定位器,平板装在底板上,支座装在平板上,支座支撑面按锐角接头件曲面制造,定位器装在支座上,角撑装在底板上,压板两端用螺栓装在角撑上。
本发明创造的优点:定位准确,能提高焊缝质量。
