背景技术
目前，用于锐角接头的夹具，从型面和压紧定位方式均不能满足锐角接头并带有双曲面结构的焊接要求，严重影响焊缝质量。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的是提供一种定位准确，能提高焊缝质量的锐角接头电子束焊接夹具；本发明创造的目的是通过下述的技术方案实现的：锐角接头电子束焊接夹具，其特征在于该夹具包括底板、平板、支座、压板、角撑和定位器，平板装在底板上，支座装在平板上，支座支撑面按锐角接头件曲面制造，定位器装在支座上，角撑装在底板上，压板两端用螺栓装在角撑上。
本发明创造的优点：定位准确，能提高焊缝质量。

锐角接头电子束焊接夹具，其特征在于该夹具包括底板、平板、支座、压板、角撑和定位器，平板装在底板上，支座装在平板上，用螺栓和销钉固定在平板和底板上，支座支撑面按锐角接头件曲面制造，定位器装在支座上，可采用焊接固定，角撑装在底上，用螺栓和销钉固定在底板上，压板两端用螺栓装在角撑上。在底板上面四个角处各装一个吊环，在底板下面四个角处各装一个垫板。
