本实用新型为铸造业V法铸造铸件产品时,产品开口处的防变形结构。
背景技术
请参见图1所示,该种铸件具有两侧壁1,两侧壁1之间形成开口2。该种铸件铸造出来后,经划线检测,约45%铸件变形量超差(特别对于大开口铸件,此现象更为明显),造成大量产品报废回炉,增加制造成本。如图1所示,开口的正常距离应该为L,但由于开口2容易发生变形,使得开口距离变为L1。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种在V法铸造铸件产品时,防止铸件开口发生变形的结构。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种铸件防变形结构,铸件具有两侧壁,两侧壁之间形成开口,两侧壁之间设有横向拉筋。
该横向拉筋的横截面为矩形。
该横向拉筋与铸件一体铸造成型。
本实用新型的有益效果为:由原来的约45%铸件变形量超差,降到约5%,大大减少残次品率,使变形问题得到较好解决,降低了产品成本。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,一种铸件防变形结构,铸件具有两侧壁1,两侧壁之间形成开口2,两侧壁1之间设有横向拉筋3。其中,该横向拉筋的横截面以矩形为最佳,如图3所示。该横向拉筋可以与铸件一体铸造成型。
当然,横向拉筋的横截面也可以采用椭圆形、梯形、圆形或其他不规则形状。
利用此横向拉筋,可以有效解决该种铸件开口处的形变问题,使变形问题得到较好解决,降低了产品成本,尤其对大开口铸件,效果更明显。

1.一种铸件防变形结构,铸件具有两侧壁,两侧壁之间形成开口,其特征在于,两侧壁之间设有横向拉筋。
2.如权利要求1所述的铸件防变形结构,其特征在于,该横向拉筋的横截面为矩形。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的铸件防变形结构,其特征在于,该横向拉筋与铸件一体铸造成型。
