本实用新型为铸造业V法铸造铸件产品时，产品的拐角处防裂纹结构。
背景技术
请参见图1所示，该铸件具有相互垂直的第一侧面1和第二侧面2，V法铸造铸件产品时，产品浇注后，冷却过程中，由于铸造配料的各种因素影响，部分铸造产品会出现在拐角处的不规则裂纹10，直接影响产品使用性能及质量可靠性，留下产品隐患，不良品率在30%左右。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种在V法铸造铸件产品时，防止拐角处产生裂纹的结构。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种铸件防裂纹结构，该铸件具有第一侧面和第二侧面，第一侧面和第二侧面之间设有斜向拉筋。
其中，该斜向拉筋的横截面为矩形。
横截面的长度为20-100mm、高度为10-30mm，拉筋长度为50-300mm。
该第一侧面和第二侧面之间的夹角为90度。
本实用新型的有益效果为：增加斜向拉筋后不良品率下降到约6%，大幅度减少了不良品率，从而降低了产品的制造成本。

如图2所示，一种铸件防裂纹结构，该铸件具有的第一侧面1和第二侧面2，第一侧面1和第二侧面2之间设有斜向拉筋3如图3所示，该斜向拉筋的横截面可以为矩形。铸件直角拉筋的尺寸视铸件产品的实际情况而设置，一般要求，拉筋横截面尽量小些，拉筋的长度尽量短些，以减少后续工作量。其中较佳实施例为：横截面的长度为20-100mm、高度为10-30mm，拉筋长度为50-300mm。
当然，也可以采用椭圆形、梯形、圆形或其他不规则形状。
该第一侧面1和第二侧面2之间夹角为90的，利用本实用新型的结构，效果最佳。
