本实用新型是类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环,其结构是基本材料3上是基础镀层2,在基础镀层2上复合1~5um厚度的类金刚石镀层,形成梯度镀层。优点:利用与润滑油亲合性强的类金刚石镀层,将摩擦系数最大降至0.07,达到减小摩擦功损失的目的,降低燃油消耗1%以上,改善发动机的经济性。改善了原基础镀层(铬层、铬基陶瓷镀层、铬基钻石镀层、PVD镀层)的摩擦条件,使类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环的使用寿命得到延长30%以上。大大延长了发动机使用寿命。为发动机在不断提高的爆发压力和升功率条件下正常工作提供有力的保障,达到满足国家政策法规对发动机排放标准的不断提高、有效改善环境的目标。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环,其应用包括第一道环及油环。属于活塞环制造技术领域。
背景技术
现代汽车要求发动机具有更高的功率、更低的燃油耗和更长的使用寿命,并进一步减少汽车交通对环境的负担,为此汽油机和柴油机制造商都在为追求此目标而进行不断的研发。为适应此发动机技术发展趋势,零部件供应商在汽油机和柴油机活塞环表面处理方面进行了深入的研究。类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环主要改善发动机的经济性,延长发动机使用寿命。发动机的摩擦功耗对燃油消耗可产生重要影响。而且由于当前发动机的燃烧效率不断提高,发动机摩擦功耗对油耗的影响日益凸显。现代发动机摩擦功耗的主要来源是活塞组件,包括活塞及活塞环,而活塞环更是主要因素。在发动机初期磨合阶段及发动机在点火时的高温高压等极限条件下,活塞环和缸套摩擦表面间的润滑油膜难以有效建立,随着发动机爆发压力的不断提高,活塞环-缸套摩擦副间的润滑油膜建立变得愈来愈困难,在发动机工作初期及点火的瞬间,油膜甚至无法建立,出现干摩擦,导致活塞环-缸套摩擦副失效,发动机不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型提出的是一种类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环,旨在克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷,利用与润滑油亲合性强的类金刚石镀层,将摩擦系数最大降至0.07,达到减小摩擦功损失的目的,降低燃油消耗1%以上,改善发动机的经济性。为发动机在不断提高的爆发压力和升功率条件下正常工作提供了有力的保障,满足了国家政策法规对发动机排放标准的不断提高,有效改善了环境。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其结构是基本材料3上是基础镀层2,在基础镀层2上复合1~5um厚度的类金刚石镀层,形成梯度镀层。
本实用新型的优点:可将摩擦系数最大降至0.07,可以明显减小摩擦功损失,降低燃油消耗1%以上,改善发动机的经济性。当出现干摩擦或过度的边界摩擦时,活塞环外圆表面的类金刚石膜能帮助迅速有效建立石墨碳润滑膜,消除异常磨损故障模式的发生。活塞环-缸套摩擦副间的润滑膜形成后,原基础镀层(铬层、铬基陶瓷镀层、铬基钻石镀层、PVD镀层)的耐磨性得到明显改善,类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环的使用寿命提高30%以上,大大延长了发动机使用寿命。类金刚石镀层的抗拉缸性能是目前活塞环表面处理技术中最优良的。当出现干摩擦或过度的边界摩擦时,活塞环外圆表面最外层的类金刚石膜能帮助迅速有效建立石墨碳润滑膜,有效防止活塞环-缸套摩擦副失效,保证发动机正常工作。

对照附图,其结构是基本材料3上是基础镀层2,在基础镀层2上复合1~5um厚度的类金刚石镀层,形成梯度镀层。
所述的基础镀层2包括铬层、铬基陶瓷镀层、铬基钻石镀层、PVD镀层。所述的基本材料3包括合金铸铁、球墨铸铁、合金钢、不锈钢。
工作原理
利用与润滑油亲合性强的类金刚石镀层,将摩擦系数最大降至0.07,达到减小摩擦功损失的目的,降低燃油消耗1%以上,改善发动机的经济性。
在发动机初期磨合阶段及发动机在点火时的高温高压等极限条件下,活塞环外圆表面最外层的类金刚石膜中的SP3相向SP2相转变,迅速形成石墨碳润滑膜。活塞环-缸套摩擦副间的润滑膜形成后,改善了原基础镀层(铬层、铬基陶瓷镀层、铬基钻石镀层、PVD镀层)的摩擦条件,使类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环的使用寿命得到延长。
类金刚石梯度镀层活塞环为发动机在不断提高的爆发压力和升功率条件下正常工作提供有力的保障,达到满足国家政策法规对发动机排放标准的不断提高、有效改善环境的目标。
