Abstract
一种离心雾化式脱尘器,它型涉及环保、湿法除尘、脱硫装置技术领域,具体涉及一种离心雾化式脱尘器。它包含圆柱形壳体(1)、半月牙形护板(2)、芯柱(3)、螺旋叶片(4)、雾化喷头(5)、脱水螺旋罩(6)、排污管(7)、回水池(8)、隔板(9)、清理刷(10)、进气口(11)、挖尘泥斗(12)、集尘泥箱(13)、水泵(14)、供水管(15)、电机(16)、接尘泥滑板(17)和锥形集污槽(18);它能提高目前湿法除尘脱硫器的除尘和脱硫效率,满足越来越高的环保除尘脱硫要求。

技术领域:
[0001] 本实用新型涉及环保、湿法除尘、脱硫装置技术领域,具体涉及一种离心雾化式脱尘器。
背景技术:
[0002] 目前先进的除尘设备为静电除尘器,但在以煤为燃料的火力发电厂及各种燃煤锅炉、窑炉运行中,若采用静电除尘器还需再配置脱硫装置,给企业增加了投资,增加了占地面积和运行费用,中小企业不易接受。近年来,依据我国还不富裕的国情,市场上出现了湿式除尘、脱硫设备,收到使用厂家的欢迎,在锅炉、窑炉的除尘、脱硫中得到广泛的应用。在应用中也发现了它的不足之处,如含尘气体在引风机的作用下进入湿法除尘脱硫器内,由于气流在机壳内停留时间短,气液接触面小,液滴力度大等问题,使含尘、含硫气体与碱性水液亲合的效果不佳,排放的气体达不到现在环保越来越高的排放要求,同时回水沉淀池占地面积大,给进一步的推广应用带来了困难。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种离心雾化式脱尘器,它能提高目前湿法除尘脱硫器的除尘和脱硫效率,满足越来越高的环保除尘脱硫要求。
[0004] 为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包含圆柱形壳体1、半月牙形护板2、芯柱3、螺旋叶片4、雾化喷头5、脱水螺旋罩6、排污管7、回水池 8、隔板9、清理刷10、进气口 11、挖尘泥斗12、集尘泥箱13、水泵14、供水管15、电机16、接尘泥滑板17和锥形集污槽18 ;圆柱形壳体1四分之一外壁上设置有半月牙形护板2,圆柱形壳体1的中心位置设置有芯柱3,芯柱3从下至上旋装有数个螺旋叶片4,且每个螺旋叶片4之间的芯柱3上设置有雾化喷头5,螺旋叶片4的外缘焊接在圆柱形壳体1的内壁上, 圆柱形壳体1顶部出口处下端设置有脱水螺旋罩6,圆柱形壳体1的下部一侧设置有进气口 11,圆柱形壳体1的底部中心位置设置有锥形集污槽18,锥形集污槽18通过排污管7与回水池8相通,回水池8中设置有隔板9,回水池8上设置有电机16,电机16与清理刷10连接,清理刷10上下端分别与挖尘泥斗12和隔板9连接,挖尘泥斗12—侧设置有接尘泥滑板17,接尘泥滑板17底部连接集尘泥箱13,回水池8 一端通过水泵14和供水管15与芯柱 3连接。
[0005] 所述的芯柱3打有孔,雾化喷头5与孔连接,且所述的雾化喷头5为圆锥形,内锥孔与外锥相适应,在外锥体上制有大螺距矩形锥螺纹,该螺纹的小径为切开内圆锥孔一半, 与管道连接端同普通管螺纹。

[0016] 1.由于本实用新型壳体内装有多片头的螺旋叶片及螺旋叶片间装有碱性水雾化器,使进入壳体内的含尘气体能均勻的分布在各螺旋叶片间,且上升:速度一致,能很好的与螺旋叶片间的雾化碱性水亲合,含尘气体在上升过程中,由于螺旋叶促成的旋风离心作用,使废液抛向壳体壁沉降,除尘脱硫效果优于目前的湿法除尘脱硫器;
[0017] 2.可根据气体含尘浓度及环保要求本实用新型可制成多个导程的多片头螺旋叶, 使除尘脱硫效果得到进一步提高,满足环保排放要求;
[0018] 3.由于本实用新型的螺旋叶可根据除尘脱硫要求设计螺旋上升角度,角度小雾化水与含尘气体亲合时间长,除尘脱硫效果好,可拓宽它的应用范围;
[0019] 4.由于碱性水雾化器采用了雾化喷头,它射程大,雾化水张开角度大,雾滴小,使含尘、含硫气体充分与碱性水亲合,除尘脱硫效果好,而且该喷头孔径大,无堵塞;
[0020] 5.由于回水池中设置了滤网,大大缩短了回水沉淀时间,减少了回水池占地面积, 并可循环供碱性水雾化器用水,而不堵塞碱性水雾化器;
[0021] 6.由于本实用新型壳体内的气流由螺旋导向上升,消除了过去的直线上升时出现的涡流,气流上升阻力小,在同样除尘要求下,可降低动力消耗,降低了运行费用。
[0022] 具体实施方式二 :参看图4,本具体实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同之处在于所述的每对螺旋叶片4之间盘旋设置有螺旋管16,螺旋管16旋尘气体在上升过程中,由于螺旋叶促成的旋置在芯柱3与圆柱形壳体1内壁中间,螺旋管16上均勻设置有雾化喷头5, 螺旋管16对接供水管15。
[0023] 本具体实施方式根据用户燃烧锅炉或窑炉的大小及排烟量进行选购,该除尘脱硫装置在使用时,含尘气体经管道连接本装置进风口,气体在引风机作用下流经螺旋叶片间, 与碱性水雾化器喷出的碱性水雾全面融合、凝并、沉降,并借旋风离心力甩向百叶窗孔外流入回水池,净化空气从出风口经管道、风机排向烟筒,从而实现脱硫、除尘的目的。而流入回水池中的废水混浊液经沉淀滤网过滤,供水泵抽吸循环用,而被滤网滤下的尘灰堵住滤孔时,由减速电机带动的清理刷将滤网上的积尘刷掉,挖尘泥斗定期清理尘泥,保证废水的循环利用。

1. 一种离心雾化式脱尘器,其特征在于它包含圆柱形壳体(1)、半月牙形护板O)、芯柱(3)、螺旋叶片(4)、雾化喷头(5)、脱水螺旋罩(6)、排污管(7)、回水池(8)、隔板(9)、清理刷(10)、进气口 (11)、挖尘泥斗(12)、集尘泥箱(13)、水泵(14)、供水管(15)、电机(16)、 接尘泥滑板(17)和锥形集污槽(18);圆柱形壳体(1)四分之一外壁上设置有半月牙形护板O),圆柱形壳体(1)的中心位置设置有芯柱(3),芯柱C3)从下至上旋装有数个螺旋叶片G),且每个螺旋叶片(4)之间的芯柱(3)上设置有雾化喷头(5),螺旋叶片(4)的外缘焊接在圆柱形壳体(1)的内壁上,圆柱形壳体(1)顶部出口处下端设置有脱水螺旋罩(6), 圆柱形壳体(1)的下部一侧设置有进气口(11),圆柱形壳体(1)的底部中心位置设置有锥形集污槽(18),锥形集污槽(18)通过排污管(7)与回水池(8)相通,回水池(8)中设置有隔板(9),回水池⑶上设置有电机(16),电机(16)与清理刷(10)连接,清理刷(10)上下端分别与挖尘泥斗(12)和隔板(9)连接,挖尘泥斗(12) —侧设置有接尘泥滑板(17),接尘泥滑板(17)底部连接集尘泥箱(13),回水池(8) —端通过水泵(14)和供水管(15)与芯柱 ⑶连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心雾化式脱尘器,其特征在于所述的芯柱(3)打有孔, 雾化喷头(5)与孔连接,且雾化喷头(5)为圆锥形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心雾化式脱尘器,其特征在于所述的隔板(9)下半段为实心隔板,上半段为滤网隔板与清理刷(10)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种离心雾化式脱尘器,其特征在于所述的每对螺旋叶片 (4)之间盘旋设置有螺旋管(16),螺旋管(16)上均勻设置有雾化喷头(5),螺旋管(16)对接供水管(15)。
