气缸体水冷装置，它包括位于气缸套外侧的水套，水套内部为水腔，水套侧下部有面向气缸套的喷水口，所述的喷水口面向气缸套的斜上方，在喷水口附近的气缸套外壁和水套外壁上，有若干个引导水流向上流动的纵向的筋条。筋条的方向为纵向，能阻挡水流在下方沿气缸周向流动而引导水流向上流动。通过试验证明这种结构在发动机功率增加11%的情况下，发动机热负荷仍比原来有了明显的降低。本实用新型的有益效果是，显著加强了气缸间顶部的水流速度，降低了气缸间顶部的热负荷，大幅度提高了冷却效果，提高了发动机的功率，并且能够使用原有的生产设备，节约了生产成本，适用了气缸体下部进水的柴油机等发动机。

本实用新型涉及发动机水冷系统，特别涉及一种气缸体水冷装置。
背景技术
目前，一些柴油机气缸体水套是下部进水的。随着柴油机功率的不断提高，气缸体气缸间顶部的热负荷增加，是限制柴油机效率的主要因素。为解决这一问题，国内的生产厂都采用将水套进水部位向上移动的办法，这种方法会使气缸体的布置发生很大的变化，使很多原有的生产设施不能使用，造成生产设备的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服将水套进水部位向上移动、使气缸体的布置发生很大的变化、使很多原有的生产设施不能使用、造成生产设备的浪费的缺点，提供了一种加强气缸体间顶部冷却的下端进水的气缸体水冷装置。
这种气缸体水冷装置，它包括位于气缸套外侧的水套，水套内部为水腔，水套侧下部有面向气缸套的喷水口，其特征在于：所述的喷水口面向气缸套的斜上方，在喷水口附近的气缸套外壁和水套外壁上，有若干个引导水流向上流动的纵向的筋条。
筋条的方向为纵向，能阻挡水流在下方沿气缸周向流动而引导水流向上流动。这种气缸体水冷装置，通过1000小时额定功率额定转速可靠性试验，证明这种结构在发动机功率增加11%的情况下，发动机热负荷仍比原来有了明显的降低。本实用新型的有益效果是，显著加强了气缸间顶部的水流速度，降低了气缸间顶部的热负荷，大幅度提高了冷却效果，提高了发动机的功率，并且能够使用原有的生产设备，节约了生产成本，适用了气缸体下部进水的柴油机等发动机。

在图1和图2中，所示本实用新型的气缸体水冷装置，包括位于气缸套1外侧的水套4，水套4内部为水腔3，水套4侧下部有面向气缸套1的斜上方的喷水口2。
在图3中，喷水口2附近的气缸套1外壁和水套4外壁上，有四根引导水流向上流动的筋条5，筋条5的方向为纵向的。
