本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题，提供一种结构简单、设计合理、成本低、加工范围大、方便有效的立式齿轮倒棱机布局结构。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种立式齿轮倒棱机，包括床身、工件主轴、立柱、滑板、气缸、摆臂、去毛刺刀和倒棱刀，所述工件主轴位于所述床身的前部，所述立柱位于所述床身的中后部，所述立柱两侧分别通过所述滑板与所述气缸的底座相连，所述摆臂的一端与立柱相连，另一端与所述去毛刺刀或所述倒棱刀相连，所述气缸的头部与所述摆臂的中部相连。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：本实用新型从外侧加工齿轮，可以更加方便加工外径较小的齿轮；并且还可以通过在刀具的竖直轴向串联其他的组合刀具，或者在立柱上增加滑板和其他的刀具，以实现加工双联齿轮的目的。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括床身1、工件主轴2、立柱3、滑板4、气缸5、摆臂6、去毛刺刀7和倒棱刀8，所述工件主轴2位于所述床身1的前部，所述立柱3位于所述床身1的中后部，所述立柱3两侧分别通过所述滑板4与所述气缸5的底座相连，所述摆臂6的一端与立柱3相连，另一端与所述去毛刺刀7或所述倒棱刀8相连，所述气缸5的头部与所述摆臂6的中部相连。可以通过气缸5的活塞往复运动来控制摆臂6，从而实现去毛刺刀7和倒棱刀8等刀具的进给。使用时，将待加工齿轮固定在工件主轴2上，刀具竖直分布在齿轮的左右两侧，分别从外侧向齿轮靠近，互不干扰，使刀具的尺寸选择受到更小的限制，可以更加方便加工外径较小的齿轮；还可以通过在刀具的竖直轴向串联其他的组合刀具，或者通过加高立柱3，在立柱3上增加滑板4和其他的刀具，以实现加工双联齿轮的目的。
