Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种均料仓，包括带有进、出料口的料仓本体，在所述进料口下方设置有匀料伞，在所述匀料伞上表面倾斜设置有多个分料板。本实用新型优点在于在料仓进料口处设置有匀料伞，在匀料伞上表面倾斜设置有多个分料板，使颗粒料通过多点下落到料仓，这样料仓里的颗粒料在堆积时是分多点堆积，颗粒偏析的两极分化现象大大得到了改善。同时料仓进料口有了分料板，也可以缓冲物料的下落冲击力，使得颗粒偏析现象能得到很好的改善。大大降低了工人的劳动强度，并且产品的质量得到了很好的保障。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及用于耐火材料的料仓，尤其是涉及一种储存半成品料的均料仓。
背景技术
耐火材料行业的料仓大多用于装半成品料，主要用于储存颗粒料（20~0mm）和粉料（180目以上）。原材料破碎和粉磨后存入料仓中待用，由于要求的粒级是一定范围内的，并不是固定的值，且物料进入料仓时有一定的落差，这样不同粒径范围的颗粒料就会出现颗粒偏析，往往仓边的颗粒较粗，这样从料仓下料口出来的料就不再均匀了，由于颗粒偏析造成下料粗细颗粒比例不均，变化太大，每次配料无法正常操作，致使半成品泥料的质量不好控制，使用时达不到工艺要求的粒度范围，给生产带来很大的影响，同时会直接影响产品的质量；颗粒偏析严重，需要在生产过程中不定时的用人工去进行手动调整，费时费力还效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种多点下料，使得下料均匀的均料仓。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
