背景技术
现有的自行车曲柄一般都是整体式的,通常先用棒料经切断、墩头、拨长、成型、切边等工序加工毛坯,然后再对毛坯进行金属切削、钻孔、冲方挤锥度、切丝扣等,工序繁杂,材料利用率低,费工,费时,成本高,特别是这种传统的自行车曲柄重量在,表面镀层颜色单一化,不适合轻型自行车,或花色车多种式样配套的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供的一种加工工艺简单,成本低,产品重量轻的分接式自行车曲柄。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:
它包括一端的曲柄大头和另一端的曲柄小头,曲柄大头和曲柄小头之间用空心钢管连接,曲柄大头、曲柄小头以及空心钢管外侧设有包塑层,所述的曲柄大头是内方外圆形状,曲柄小头为一空心的圆柱形状。
本实用新型取得的技术效果:
1、本实用新型加工简便,材料利用率由原来的65%提高到约90%,空心结构使成品的重量大大减轻,降低了成本,由于曲柄外面包塑,不但可以根据自行车整体的式样和颜色随意设计匹配,还增强了曲柄的耐腐蚀性能。
