背景技术
目前，拉丝用的模具大都是用金属外套与内芯成一体，并且内芯多是硬质合金、钨钢制成，在拉丝的过程中，发热磨损很容易使内芯变形、破坏，导致拉丝模毁坏，金属外套也随之作废，浪费大量钢材，无形提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有的拉丝模具与模芯成一体，内芯损坏，导致整体更换造成浪费的不足，本实用新型提供了一种新型拉丝模具、模芯与外套成分体结构，模芯采用耐磨碳化硼材料制成，大大提高使用寿命。一但模芯损坏，外套还可继续使用，节能环保。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种新型拉丝模具，包括模芯和外套，其特征是模芯和外套成分体结构，模芯采用碳化硼制成，外套分成两体，采用螺纹连接，将模芯包覆在外套内侧。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，制造容易，经久耐用，大大提高使用寿命，可循环使用，节能环保。
