[0002] 高科技电子产品随着时间日新月异,电子产品除了要考虑降低成本外,将电子产 品缩小薄化更是现今消费市场最基本的需求。目前软性电路板已成为电子产品微化的重要 关键组件之一,藉由软性电路板易挠曲、低成本的特点,可大量用于精密电子产品的生产。 现今软性电路板的制程上,大多仍采用单张非连续式的输送模式,加工制程中,常因人为因 素易致使软性电路板刮伤及损坏,造成外观缺陷导致影响软性电路板的良率。于是如何改 善单张非连续式的输送模式所产生的缺点,将会是未来业界研究发展的课题之一。
[0003] 现有电镀软性电路板时,主要是把金属利用电化学方式镀于软性电路板表面上, 进而改变软性电路板表面的性质或尺寸。电镀的基本过程是将待镀物浸置于含欲镀物成分 的溶液中作为阴极,金属板作为阳极,电镀阳极可分为可溶性阳极及不溶性阳极,接直流电 源后,在待镀物上沉积出所需的镀层,但往往因为电流太高导致镀面不均勻。
[0004] 在软性电路板的制程中,通常会镀上铜或锡于软性电路板上。一般而言,电镀铜层 因其具有良好的导电性、导热性和机械延展性等优点而被广泛应用于电子产品领域。所以 现今要将电子产品微化,电镀铜技术已成为制程中不可或缺的关键环节之一,但经常电镀 作业中,因电镀液的浓度或电流密度太高导致气泡、烧焦的现象产生。
[0005] 传统软性电路板之电镀导通孔制程主要采用可溶性阳极,采用低电流密度 (2. 2ASD以下,ASD是一种电流密度的单位元,指每平方分米的安培数)的设定,整体生产效 率较低。
实用新型内容
[0006] 本实用新型的目的是,在于提供一种卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,可改善 软性电路板的电镀导通孔制程中,采用可溶性阳极搭配低电流密度的设定,解决整体生产 效率较低的问题。
[0007] 本实用新型的另一目的,利用滚轮采卷对卷的输送方式,将可大幅改善单张非连 续式的输送模式,以及人为因素导致软性电路板外观上不良所产生的缺点。

[0058] 5.搭配高电流(4. 3ASD以上)及该不溶性阳极12的设定,及该阳极遮板13的布 置及其板面设计,可明显大幅提高生产效率。

Claims (7)
1. 一种卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,包括:一送料卷筒机,具有一送料卷筒;一收料卷筒机,具有一收料卷筒,该送料卷筒机与该收料卷筒机之间形成垂直输送一 软性电路板的一输送路径;一电镀设备,具有一主槽、两不溶性阳极、两阳极遮板、至少一注入单元、一阴极及两喷 管,该主槽具有一底壁和垂直该底壁的侧壁,该主槽用以放置一电镀液,该两喷管分别与该 主槽的侧壁形成一阳极区,该两阳极遮板及该两不溶性阳极分别位于该阳极区内,该阳极 遮板位于该喷管及该不溶性阳极之间,该两喷管之间形成一阴极区,该阴极位于该阴极区 内,该电镀设备位于该输送路径上,至少一该注入单元将一光泽剂注入该主槽内,并且通以 高电流密度及搭配该不溶性阳极的设定,配合该阳极遮板的布置及其板面设计,用于增加 产品良率进而提高产品输出效益。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,其中该电 镀设备通以4. 3安培/平方分米以上的高电流密度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,进一步包 括一夹具位于该阴极区内,其中该夹具用于夹持该软性电路板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,进一步包 括两不溶性阳极夹具分别位于该阳极区内,该不溶性阳极夹具用于夹持该不溶性阳极。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,其中该喷 管具有一喷管板体,该喷管板体设有多个喷嘴,该多个喷嘴呈两直线平行且交错排列设于 该喷管板体上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,其中该喷 管互相平行且垂直设置于该主槽的底壁上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的卷对卷连续垂直式高电流电镀机台,其特征在于,其中该两 阳极遮板为一实心板体,并且该两阳极遮板互相平行且垂直设置于该主槽的底壁上。
