Abstract
一种外出液厢式滤板，滤板的出液孔设在滤板外形尺寸的外侧，形式为外跨耳外出液厢式滤板，外跨耳出液孔端面设有燕尾槽内装密封圈，外跨耳出液孔设有横向孔和竖向孔与滤室内排液孔连接，进料孔设在厢式滤板的中心，滤板的滤室内设有支撑台，滤室的四边为斜坡形，由本实用新型实施效果是出液孔在滤板外侧孔径大过滤时滤液排出流速快，提高过滤速度，洗涤滤饼由于出液孔径大，水量足，滤饼洗涤快，效果好，节省能源，提高生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种厢式滤板。具体地说，是指一种压滤机安装的外出液厢式滤板。
背景技术
厢式滤板是压滤机配套安装的主要过滤元件，物料过滤时由压滤机进料孔进入厢式滤板的滤室，滤液由滤板四角的出液孔排出，滤饼由滤布截留在滤室内，如果滤饼洗涤还可使其中的两角孔进水另两角孔出水，达到滤饼洗涤的效果，因此厢式滤板的四角孔过滤时很重要，可使快速排出滤液和达到洗涤滤饼的效果，目前使用的厢式滤板出液孔在滤板的四角内，其不足之处在于，四角孔受密封面的限制使孔径小，因此使滤液排出缓慢，四角孔设在滤板外形尺寸内还占用过滤面积，滤饼洗涤由于孔经小进水量少影响洗涤效果，使洗涤时间延长，从而使生产受到影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述存在的问题而提供一种外出液厢式滤板。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种外出液厢式滤板，滤板的出液孔设在滤板外形尺寸的外侧，形式为外跨耳外出液厢式滤板，外跨耳出液孔端面设有燕尾槽内装O型橡胶密封圈，外跨耳出液孔设有横向孔和竖向孔与滤室内排液孔连接，进料孔设在厢式滤板的中心，滤板的滤室内设有支撑台，滤室的四边为斜坡形。
所述的一种外出液厢式滤板，横向孔和竖向孔的工艺孔堵塞由摩擦焊接或内角螺纹堵塞密封；
由本实用新型实施有益效果是出液孔在滤板外侧孔径大过滤时滤液排出流速快，提高过滤速度，洗涤滤饼由于出液孔、竖向孔和横向孔径大水量足滤饼洗涤快效果好，使滤室增大过滤面积增加容积，节省能源提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
请结合图1所示，本实用新型提供的一种外出液厢式滤板，滤板的成型设计制作模具，在模具的滤板外形加外跨耳1的模具板，经X53K立式铣床加工成型，出液孔2做成芯轴安装在模具底板，支撑台6由模具的芯板做出，将模具安装在平板硫化机，滤板使用的材料为增强聚丙烯，把模压成型的滤板由模具取出，经平面放置定时翻转降温，再放入定型机压紧定型，经机加工设备CNC3190型加工中心加工，按加工工艺要求先平面加工滤板两侧密封面，经程序操作采用立铣刀加工出液孔2和进料孔7的精加工，再换燕尾形刀具加工橡胶密封圈3的燕尾形槽，选用丁晴材料的O型橡胶密封圈3安装在燕尾形槽内，选用设备Z40-16型摇背钻床把竖向孔4和横向孔8钻出，工艺孔堵塞5采用摩擦焊或内角螺纹密封，排液孔9用手电钻钻孔，最后用砂布去除毛刺安装把手即告完成，洗涤孔的钻出根据过滤物料洗涤滤饼的方法钻出，例如：交叉洗涤滤饼的方法，采用在滤板的排液孔9单侧面上下钻孔，滤板排列时可按一反一正序列排放，即可达到交叉洗涤滤饼的效果。

1.一种外出液厢式滤板，其特征在于：滤板的出液孔设在滤板外形尺寸的外侧，形式为外跨耳外出液厢式滤板，外跨耳出液孔端面设有燕尾槽内装O型橡胶密封圈，外跨耳出液孔设有横向孔和竖向孔与滤室内排液孔连接，进料孔设在厢式滤板的中心，滤板的滤室内设有支撑台，滤室的四边为斜坡形。
2.如权利要求1所述一种外出液厢式滤板，其特征在于：横向孔和竖向孔的工艺孔堵塞由摩擦焊接或内角螺纹堵塞密封。
