本申请属于建筑工程。
背景技术
目前,建筑工程所用承重砌块绝热效果差,不符合国家节能减排要求,而绝热砌块虽然节能效果较好,但承重能力低并存在端头冷桥,只能用于砌筑非承重墙。所以,需要发明设计一种既有良好的绝热效果,又有较高承重能力的多功能砌块。
发明内容
本发明的目的是使承重砌块具有良好的绝热功能,砌块端头消除冷桥,技术方案如下:
1、将建筑砌块外形作成Z形,在其坐浆面(亦即大面)居中设置绝热空腔,构成砌块的保温层(见图1),使砌块砌成的房屋建筑外墙具有良好的绝热作用(见图4);在砌块保温层两侧是致密的材料实体,构成砌块的承重层,是承受外力的主要部位(见图1和图4)。由于砌块外形为Z形,加之绝热空腔的巧妙排列,砌块端头冷桥得以消除。又由于该砌块砌筑的建筑外墙,其中间具有良好的绝热功能,同时又是承重墙体,故取名为Z型绝热承重砌块。
2、Z型绝热承重砌块是砌墙的主规格砌块,是砌墙过程中主要使用的砌块,用于砌筑墙体中部和端头;辅规格砌块有长方体形实心砌块(见图2)和L型中间绝热承重砌块(见图3),用于砌筑墙体端头。
3、Z型绝热承重砌块可以是烧结型的,也可以是非烧结型的,如混凝土预制砌块等。
4、Z型绝热承重砌块的砌筑:砌筑平面图如图4所示,砌筑立面图如图5所示。从图4可以看出,绝热空腔构成墙体中间绝热层,并且消除了传统保温砌块端头存在的冷桥;墙体内中间绝热层两侧的砌块材料实体,则是墙体主要的承重部位。
本申请的积极效果是:
(1)兼有保温和承重双功能,可以用于砌筑具有保温要求的承重外墙;
(2)不存在冷桥;
(3)墙体的竖向灰缝在水平面上的投影由传统的直线形变为折线形(见图4),所以墙体稳定性显著提高。

具体实施方式
用粘土为主要原料,加入少量粉煤灰或者磨细煤矸石,加水调和均匀,用制砖机按图6、图7和图8所示尺寸,分别制成Z型绝热承重砌块、长方体形实心砌块和L型中间绝热承重砌块的坯体,阴干干透后放入砖窑内焙烧,出窑后即成成品,其墙体砌筑平面图如图4所示,墙体砌筑立面图如图5所示。为提高墙体的保温隔热效果,砌筑时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆进行砌筑施工。

(2)砌块坐浆面上居中设置绝热空腔。
