背景技术
长方体或者正方体型烧结空心砖,目前国内广泛用于砌筑填充墙和隔墙,其优点是重量轻、保温效果好、便于砌筑操作。但是,由于用这种空心砖砌筑的填充墙、隔墙不承重,即上面无垂直荷载,从而导致墙体稳定性低,防震抗震效果差,因此需要改进其外形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在保证烧结空心砖重量轻、保温效果好前提下,提高其防震抗震性能,技术方案如下:
1、将长方体或者正方体烧结空心砖改成外形为Z形的烧结空心砖(见图1),取名为Z形砌墙空心砖,这是主规格砌墙砖;
2、辅规格砌墙砖有两种规格,一是长方体形(见图2),取名为小补砖;二是L形,取名为大补砖(见图3);
3、Z形砌墙空心砖、小补砖以及大补砖的大面都带有弧形浅沟槽(见图1、图2和图3),这就将空心砖坐浆面(即大面)由传统的光面改成了凹凸面,从而提高了空心砖与砌筑砂浆的粘接力,使墙体防震抗震性能进一步提高;
4、Z形砌墙空心砖、小补砖以及大补砖的绝热空心为通孔,通孔方向与砖的顶面垂直(见图1、图2和图3);
5、Z形砌墙空心砖的砌筑方法:
(1)同皮砖砌筑时,其砌筑平面图如图4所示。由图4可以看出,墙体竖向灰缝的水平投影由直线变成了折线,这就改善了墙体稳定性,提高了墙体的防震抗震性能;
(2)不同皮砖砌筑时,上下相邻两块砖相互错开半砖,避免形成直缝(见图5);
(3)砌筑墙体端头时,采用辅规格砌墙砖补齐,见图4。
6、Z形砌墙空心砖用于砌筑填充墙、隔墙等。
本申请的积极效果是显著提高墙体稳定性。

具体实施方式
用粘土为主要原料,加入少量粉煤灰或者磨细煤矸石,加水调和均匀,用制砖机按照图1、图2和图3所示,制成Z形砌墙空心砖、小补砖和大补砖的坯体,阴干干透后放入砖窑内焙烧,出窑后即成成品,其墙体砌筑平面图如图4所示,墙体砌筑立面图如图5所示。为提高墙体的保温隔热效果,砌筑时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆进行砌筑施工。

2)绝热空心为通孔,通孔方向与砖的顶面垂直。
