Abstract

本申请公开了Z型加芯绝热砌块,它属于建筑材料领域,是将混凝土空心砌块作成Z形,并在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土,形成复合实心结构型绝热砌块,解决了目前混凝土空心砌块存在冷桥,保温隔热效果较差以及因砌块之间粘结面太小而导致的墙体稳定性较差等问题,用来砌筑框架结构建筑填充墙或者六层以下住宅楼的承重墙。

背景技术
目前国内广泛使用的混凝土空心砌块都是长方体形状,空洞大,孔隙率高,对于提高墙体的保温效果和减轻墙体自重,都有较为明显的效果,但是,这种混凝土空心砌块存在两大缺点,一是砌块端头存在冷桥,使得墙体的保温隔热效果不够理想;二是由于空洞大,导致坐浆面显著减小,使得上下相邻砌块之间的粘结强度明显下降,从而导致墙体的抗剪强度显著降低,墙体的稳定性不高。因此,需要设计一种能够消除砌块端头冷桥,同时又不影响相邻砌块之间粘结强度的绝热砌块。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除绝热砌块端头冷桥,同时提高绝热砌块之间的粘结强度,其技术方案如下:
1、将混凝土空心砌块作成Z形,依此作为一个外壳,再在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土并养护硬化,形成复合实心结构型绝热砌块。由于泡沫混凝土具有良好的绝热作用,故将其砌块取名为Z型加芯绝热砌块。
2、Z型加芯绝热砌块如图1所示,其辅助规格砌块有两种,一是长方体形的,如图2所示;二是L形的,如图3所示。
3、Z型加芯绝热砌块的墙体砌筑平面图如图4所示。从图4可以看出,用Z型加芯绝热砌块砌筑的墙体,砌块端头传热路程明显延长,砌块端头冷桥消除。
4、Z型加芯绝热砌块的墙体砌筑立面图如图5所示。从图5可以看出,用Z型加芯绝热砌块砌筑的墙体,其水平灰缝为平面饱满型,坐浆面与其他实心砌块是一样的,从而提高了墙体的稳定性和抗剪强度。
5、该申请产品可以用来砌筑框架结构建筑的填充墙,也可以用来砌筑六层以下住宅楼的承重墙。
本申请具有如下积极效果:
(1)消除了混凝土空心砌块的冷桥和空洞内的对流换热,墙体的节能效果显著提高;
(2)显著提高了墙体的稳定性。

具体实施方式,厚度都是30mm
选用C20细石混凝土材料制作绝热砌块壳体,其壁厚为30mm,待到绝热砌块壳体经养护硬化,强度达到12MPa后,再在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土并养护硬化,即成产品。主规格产品如图1所示,辅规格产品如图2和图3所示,产品制作尺寸如图6、图7和图8所示。产品在用于砌筑墙体时,其砌筑平面图如图4所示,砌筑立面图如图5所示。砌筑墙体时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆,以提高墙体的保温隔热效果。
