Abstract

本发明公开了台阶形绝热砌块及其砌筑方法,它是将空心砌块或者多孔砌块的顶面和底面均作成台阶形,使平面形水平灰缝变为台阶形水平灰缝,在砌筑墙体时,相邻两皮台阶形绝热砌块相互咬合。本发明的积极效果是:1)消除了平面形水平灰缝冷桥;2)消除了传统空心砌块的顶面和底面处的冷桥;3)提高了墙体稳定性。

本申请涉及建筑材料。
背景技术:
目前使用的墙体保温分四大类,即单一保温墙体、内保温墙体、外保温墙体以及夹心保温墙体,其中单一保温墙体施工最为简单,不存在保温层脱落和墙体稳定性差等问题,最为可靠,造价也最低,深受欢迎,如空心砖、空心砌块、多孔砖和多孔砌块等,尤其是烧结型的。但是,外墙空心砌块或者多孔砌块都是长方体或者正方体,其保温隔热效果虽然远优于实心砌块或者实心砖,但砌块的顶面和底面以及砌筑灰缝,都存在较为严重的冷桥效应,使得墙体的节能效果大打折扣。消除或者显著降低这种冷桥效应,进一步提高外墙的保温隔热效果,是绝热砌块研究的一个方向。
发明内容
本发明目的是消除砌块的顶面和底面以及砌筑灰缝的冷桥效应,技术方案如下:
(1)将空心砌块的体积适当做大,并使其顶面和底面为台阶形,取名为台阶形绝热砌块(见附图1);
(2)台阶形绝热砌块在砌筑时,垂直方向上相邻两个砌块相互咬合,使水平灰缝由传统的平面形变为台阶形即

形(见附图2),消除了平面形水平灰缝冷桥以及空心砌块顶部和底部处的冷桥,提高了墙体稳定性;
(3)台阶形绝热砌块在砌筑时,同皮砌块组砌排列与传统长方体砌块相同(见附图3);不同皮砌块砌筑时,相邻两皮砌块的竖向灰缝要相互错开半个砌块长度,以避免形成竖向直缝(见附图4);
本申请的积极效果是:
1)消除了平面形水平灰缝冷桥;
2)消除了传统空心砌块顶面和底面处的冷桥;
3)提高了墙体稳定性。

具体实施方式
图1是一个用粘土烧结而成的台阶形绝热砌块实例,外形尺寸如图5所示,单位:mm,其墙体的同皮砌块组砌如图3所示,不同皮砌块组砌如图4所示,墙体的垂直剖面图如图2所示,最底一皮和最顶一皮台阶形绝热砌块砌筑时,用普通烧结实心砖补齐,采用保温砌筑砂浆砌筑,以提高外墙体整体保温隔热效果。

2.台阶形绝热砌块的砌筑方法是:除墙体最顶皮砌块和最下面一皮砌块之外,其余各皮砌块都与上下两皮砌块相互咬合,使墙体水平灰缝由传统的平面形变为台阶形即
