Abstract

本申请公开了一种建筑用工型绝热砌块,它是将建筑空心砌块的两端都做出一个凹槽,使砌块为工字型,在砌筑墙体时,左右相邻两块砌块的凹槽构成一个起绝热作用的封闭空腔,从而消除了砌块两端的冷热桥,并切断了竖向灰缝的冷热传递,使建筑外墙的节能效果显著提高。

本申请涉及建筑材料。
背景技术:
目前使用的保温墙体分四大类,即单一保温墙体、内保温墙体、外保温墙体以及夹心保温墙体,其中单一保温墙体施工最为简单,不存在保温层脱落和墙体稳定性差等问题,最为可靠,造价也最低,深受欢迎,如空心砖、空心砌块、多孔砖和多孔砌块等。但是,目前使用的外墙空心砌块或者多孔砌块都是长方体或者正方体,其保温隔热效果虽然远优于实心砌块或者实心砖,但砌块两端存在严重的冷热桥效应,使得墙体的节能效果大打折扣。我们应该大力研发能够消除或者显著降低这种冷热桥效应的建筑空心砌块。
发明内容
本发明目的是彻底消除建筑空心砌块两端的冷热桥,并且设法显著降低墙体竖向灰缝的热传递,技术方案如下:
(1)将建筑空心砌块的体积适当做大,并做成工字型,即顶面和底面都是工型,取名为建筑用工型绝热砌块,见图1;
(2)同皮建筑用工型绝热砌块砌筑时,相邻两块砌块的凹槽与上下砌块一起,围成一个封闭的绝热空腔,取名为砌块端头空腔,见图3。砌块端头空腔消除了砌块两端的冷热桥,并切断了竖向灰缝的冷热传递,使建筑外墙的节能效果显著提高;
(3)不同皮的建筑用工型绝热砌块砌筑时,相邻两皮工字型空心砌块要相互错开半个砌块长度,使竖向灰缝不会形成直缝,保证墙体稳定性,见图4;
(4)建筑用工型绝热砌块可以是烧结空心砌块,也可以是非烧结空心砌块如混凝土空心砌块等。
本申请的积极效果是:
1)建筑用工型绝热砌块两端的传热由于受到砌块端头空腔的阻隔,砌块两端的冷热桥效应彻底消除;
2)采用建筑用工型绝热砌块砌筑的墙体,竖向灰缝被砌块端头空腔隔断,其墙体竖向灰缝的冷热桥效应得到彻底消除。

具体实施方式
如图3、图4、图5以及图6所示,图5是一种建筑用工型绝热砌块,图6是其辅助砌块,它们都是用细石混凝土或者水泥砂浆制成,图中尺寸单位为mm,其砌筑平面图如图3所示,其砌筑立面图如图4所示。
在砌筑到墙体某一部位时,如果无法使用建筑用工型绝热砌块进行砌筑,则可以用辅助砌块进行砌筑。
为提高外墙体整体的保温隔热效果,可以采用保温砌筑砂浆砌筑墙体。
