Z型空心砌块
技术领域
本申请涉及建筑材料。
背景技术:
目前使用的外墙空心砌块或者多孔砌块都是长方体或者正方体,其保温隔热效果虽然远优于实心砌块或者实心砖,但砌块的端头和墙体竖向灰缝,都存在较为严重的冷桥效应,使得墙体的节能效果大打折扣。改进空心砌块的外形,可以消除或者显著降低这种冷桥效应,显著提高墙体节能效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是消除外墙砌块端头和墙体竖向灰缝的冷桥,技术方案如下:
(1)将空心砌块的体积适当做大,并使其顶面和底面、条面都仍为平面形,但两个端面改为阶梯形(见附图1),取名为Z型空心砌块。由于这种砌块的端头由传统长方体绝热砌块端头的直线型变为现在的Z型,传热路径显著延长,绝热砌块端头冷桥消除;
(2)Z型空心砌块在砌筑时,相邻两个同皮砌块相互咬合,使墙体竖向灰缝由传统的铅垂面型变为Z型即型折面(见附图4),墙体竖向灰缝传热路径显著延长,竖向灰缝冷桥消除并提高了墙体稳定性;
(3)Z型空心砌块在砌筑时,上下方向相邻两皮绝热砌块相互错开,以避免形成竖向直缝(见附图5);
(4)Z型空心砌块的空腔内可以浇筑或者充填绝热材料,以进一步提高砌块的绝热效果。
与现有传统绝热砌块相比,本申请的积极效果是:
1)消除了空心砌块端头冷桥;
2)消除了传统空心砌块墙体竖向灰缝冷桥;
3)提高了墙体稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图6、图7、图8以及图4和图5所示,图6、图7和图8分别是Z型空心砌块、墙体端头补齐砌块和辅助砌块,都是用细石混凝土制成,其尺寸分别如图中所示,单位:mm,其砌筑平面图如图4所示,其砌筑立面图如图5所示。
墙体端头砌筑时可以用墙体端头补齐砌块进行补齐。
在砌筑到墙体某一部位时,如果无法使用Z型空心砌块进行砌筑,则可以用辅助砌块进行砌筑。
为提高外墙体整体的保温隔热效果,可以采用保温砌筑砂浆砌筑墙体。
