本申请公开了加芯型凸字砌块,它属于建筑材料领域,是将混凝土空心砌块作成凸字形,并在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土,形成复合实心结构型绝热砌块,解决了目前混凝土空心砌块存在冷桥,保温隔热效果较差以及因砌块之间粘结面太小而导致的墙体稳定性较差等问题,用来砌筑框架结构建筑填充墙或者六层以下住宅楼的承重墙。

背景技术
目前国内广泛使用的混凝土空心砌块都是长方体形状,空洞大,孔隙率高,对于提高墙体的保温效果和减轻墙体自重,都有较为明显的效果,但是,这种混凝土空心砌块存在两大缺点,一是砌块端头存在冷桥,使得墙体的保温隔热效果不够理想;二是由于空洞大,导致坐浆面显著减小,使得上下相邻砌块之间的粘结强度明显下降,从而导致墙体的抗剪强度显著降低,墙体的稳定性不高。因此,需要设计一种能够消除砌块端头冷桥,同时又不影响相邻砌块之间粘结强度的绝热砌块。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除绝热砌块端头冷桥,同时提高绝热砌块之间的粘结强度,其技术方案如下:
1、将混凝土空心砌块作成凸形,称之为凸形混凝土空心砌块。这样就使得砌块端头传热路程大大延长,砌块端头冷桥消除。
2、将凸形混凝土空心砌块作为一个壳体,在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土并养护,形成复合实心型结构,取名为加芯型凸字砌块(见附图1)。
3、该申请产品可以用来砌筑框架结构建筑的填充墙,也可以用来砌筑六层以下住宅楼的承重墙。
本申请具有如下积极效果:
(1)提高节能效果
用本申请产品砌筑的墙体,由于消除了混凝土空心砌块的冷桥和混凝土空心砌块空洞内的对流换热,墙体的节能效果显著提高。
(2)提高墙体稳定性
由于本申请产品的坐浆面的面积就是整个砌块顶面的面积,它的砂浆粘接面远远大于混凝土空心砌块,因此用它砌筑的墙体,其稳定性和抗剪强度远远大于混凝土空心砌块,与实心砌块相同,同时由于泡沫混凝土体积密度很小,所以,用它砌筑的墙体,其自重比混凝土空心砌块墙体增加很少。

具体实施方式
选用C20细石混凝土材料制作砌块壳体,其壁厚都是30mm,外形如图1、图2和图3所示,制作尺寸如图6、图7和图8所示,尺寸单位:mm。在砌块壳体养护达到砌筑强度(如14KPa)时,再在其空洞内浇筑泡沫混凝土,养护硬化后即可用来砌筑墙体,其砌筑平面图如图4所示,砌筑立面图如图5所示。砌筑时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆,以提高房屋墙体的节能效果。
