本申请属于建筑工程。
背景技术
目前,建筑工程所用承重砌块保温效果差,不符合国家节能减排要求,而绝热砌块虽然节能效果较好,但承重能力低并存在冷桥,只能用于砌筑非承重墙。所以,需要发明设计一种既有良好的保温隔热效果,又有高承重能力的多功能砌块。
发明内容
本发明的目的是使承重砌块具有良好的保温功能,技术方案如下:
1、将建筑砌块外形作成Z形,在其坐浆面(亦即大面)居中设置绝热空腔,在绝热空腔内满浇发泡塑料或者插入泡沫塑料块(见图1),构成砌块的保温层,使砌块砌成的房屋建筑外墙具有良好的保温作用(见图4);在砌块保温层两侧是致密的材料实体,构成砌块的承重层,是承受外力的主要部位(见图1和图4)。由于砌块外形为Z形,加之绝热空腔的巧妙排列,砌块端头冷桥得以消除。又由于该砌块砌筑的建筑外墙,其中间具有良好的保温功能,同时又是承重墙体,故取名为Z型中间保温承重砌块。
2、Z型中间保温承重砌块是砌墙的主规格砌块,是砌墙过程中主要使用的砌块,用于砌筑墙体中部和端头;辅规格砌块有长方体形实心砌块(见图2)和L型中间保温承重砌块(见图3),用于砌筑墙体端头。
3、Z型中间保温承重砌块可以是烧结型的,也可以是非烧结型的,如混凝土预制砌块等。
4、Z型中间保温承重砌块的砌筑:砌筑平面图如图4所示,砌筑立面图如图5所示。从图4可以看出,绝热空腔及发泡塑料(或者插入的泡沫塑料块)构成墙体内加芯保温层,并且消除了传统保温砌块端头存在的冷桥;墙体内加芯保温层两侧的砌块材料实体,则是墙体主要的承重部位。
本申请的积极效果是:
(1)兼有保温和承重双功能,可以用于砌筑具有保温要求的承重外墙;
(2)不存在冷桥;
(3)墙体的竖向灰缝在水平面上的投影由传统的直线形变为折线形(见图4),所以墙体稳定性显著提高。

具体实施方式
用粘土为主要原料,加入少量粉煤灰或者磨细煤矸石,加水调和均匀,用制砖机按图6、图7和图8所示尺寸,分别制成Z型中间保温承重砌块、长方体形实心砌块和L型中间保温承重砌块的坯体,阴干干透后放入砖窑内焙烧,出窑后即成成品,其墙体砌筑平面图如图4所示,墙体砌筑立面图如图5所示。为提高墙体的保温隔热效果,砌筑时可以采用保温砌筑砂浆进行砌筑施工。

Claims (1)

1.Z型中间保温承重砌块,其外形为Z形,由绝热层和承重层两部分构成,绝热层为绝热空腔及绝热空腔内满浇的发泡塑料或者插入的泡沫塑料块,承重层为砌块材料实体,其特征是:
(1)绝热空腔在砌块坐浆面上居中设置;
(2)绝热层两侧构成砌块的承重层。
