本实用新型公开了一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,包括负极板模、正极板模、中支,特点是负极板模、正极板模的梳齿端部设有倒角,所述中支的横断面呈凸字形,负极板模、正极板模设有梳齿的这一侧边底部,设置有与中支匹配的、横断面呈L形缺口。本实用新型由于在正、负极板模的梳齿端部设有倒角,因此极板插入非常方便,可明显提高工作效率。同时,本实用新型由于将中支的横断面设计呈凸字形,正、负极板模的梳齿前端底部设有与中支匹配的缺口,焊接中将正、负极板模的梳齿前端放置于中支凸字形的肩部平台上,两者能紧密配合,不会发生漏铅现象。

本实用新型涉及阀控铅酸蓄电池,具体涉及阀控铅酸蓄电池装配制造过程的模具。 
背景技术
阀控密封铅酸蓄电池是电动自行车的关键部件,也是影响电动自行车市场稳定发展的主要因素。阀控铅酸蓄电池的装配是指将极板、隔板、槽盖及电解液配合组装形成铅酸蓄电池的过程,装配是铅酸蓄电池制造的最后一道工序,装配后形成成品蓄电池,可以实现电能与化学能的相互转换。 
装配中的极群组焊分为气焊和铸焊两种方式:气焊是利用可燃性气体与氧气混合的火焰所产生的高温来熔化焊件而实现金属连接的一种熔焊方法。铸焊是低压浇注的铸造原理在铅焊接中的应用,它是利用已进入铸型的高温熔融金属的热量,将浸入到其中的极群的极耳,按正、负极板分别熔焊到一起,冷却后形成汇流排和极柱。无论是气焊、还是铸焊都需要用模具,其中气焊用的梳模存在着如下缺陷:一是梳齿端部为直角,极板插入比较费事;二是梳模与中支配合不紧密容易漏铅。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,在焊接过程中,极板插入比较方便,且梳模与中支配合紧密不漏铅。 
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,包括负极板模、正极板模、中支,特点是负极板模、正极板模的梳齿端部设有倒角。 
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,所述中支的横断面呈凸字形,负极板模、正极板模设有梳齿的这一侧边底部,设置有与中支匹配的、横断面呈L形缺口。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点: 
一、本实用新型由于在正、负极板模的梳齿端部设有倒角,因此极板插入非常方便,可明显提高工作效率。 
二、本实用新型由于将中支的横断面设计呈凸字形,正、负极板模的梳齿前端底部设有与中支匹配的缺口,焊接中将正、负极板模的梳齿前端放置于中支凸字形的肩部平台上,两者能紧密配合,不会发生漏铅现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,包括负极板模1、正极板模2、中支3。 
负极板模1、正极板模2的梳齿端部设有倒角4(两两之间呈向外张开的喇叭形倒角)。在本实施例中,倒角4的水平夹角为30度。 
所述中支3的横断面呈凸字形,负极板模1、正极板模2设有梳齿的这一侧边底部,设置有与中支3匹配的、横断面呈L形缺口5。

1.一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,包括负极板模(1)、正极板模(2)、中支(3),其特征在于:负极板模(1)、正极板模(2)的梳齿端部设有倒角(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电动自行车阀控铅酸蓄电池极群烧焊用模具,其特征在于:所述中支(3)的横断面呈凸字形,负极板模(1)、正极板模(2)设有梳齿的这一侧边底部,设置有与中支(3)匹配的、横断面呈L形缺口(5)。
