Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种控制方便、实用性强且造价相对较低的气动开关阀,包括:阀体,阀体中设置有阀芯,其特点是:所述的阀芯的外密封表面为圆弧面,阀体中设置有适合阀芯旋转的鼓形腔体,阀芯通过阀轴活动设置在阀体中,阀轴的一段伸出阀体并与驱动装置相连接。上述阀可广泛应用于对灰粉流量进行控制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种新型的气动开关阀,尤其是能够方便快捷地进行对灰粉流量控制阀。 
背景技术
目前,公知的流量阀一般分为两种,分别是气动开关阀和电动开关阀。手动开关阀的结构及原理如图1、所示,包括:阀体A,在阀体中设置有平插板B,平插板与手柄C相连接,其工作原理是:通过人工手动调节平插板的开度来改变灰粉的流量,其缺点是调节烦琐,且不能实现自动控制;电动开关阀的结构如图2所示,包括:阀体a、叶轮b及与叶轮的主轴相连接的驱动电机c,其工作原理是:通过电机来开启阀芯的转速,实现调节灰粉的流量的目的,其缺点是关闭时间迟后,连接轴间隙磨损问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种控制方便、开启迅速、实用性强且造价相对较低的灰粉流量阀。 
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种气动开关阀,包括阀体,阀体中设置有阀芯,其主要技术特点是所述的阀芯的外密封表面为圆弧面,阀体中设置有适合阀芯旋转的鼓形腔体,阀芯通过阀轴活动设置在阀体中,阀轴的一段伸出阀体并与驱动气缸装置相连接; 
所述气动开关阀的驱动控制装置为旋转气缸。 
本实用新型的特点是:具有启闭速度快,密封严密无泄漏,较高的耐磨性和抗高温能力,大大提高了工作的可靠性。控制简单方便,并且造价相对较低,实用性较强。

具体实施方式

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。 
如图3、图4所示,本实用新型所述的气动开关阀,包括:阀体7,阀体7中设置有阀芯6,其特点是:所述的阀芯6的外密封表面为圆弧面,阀体中设置有适合阀芯旋转的鼓形腔体,阀芯通过阀轴5活动设置在阀体中,阀轴5的一段伸出阀体7并与驱动控制装置旋转气缸2和限位开关1相连接。 
上述结构的气动开关阀的工作原理是:根据实际使用时对灰粉流量大小的需要,以旋转气缸为动力实现迅速打开,实现开关功能。气动开关阀配备旋转气缸、限位开关为控制驱动装置,从而实现了阀门的流量控制,是控制粉料流量大小的理想设备。 
通过控制旋转气缸2的压缩空气的压力来控制阀芯6的动作,从而改变阀芯6与阀体7之间开启程度的大小,最终实现调整灰粉流量的目的。 
由上述可知,使用这种新型的气动开关阀,旋转气缸不须连杆机构驱动,消除了因连杆机构驱动带来的关闭时间迟后、连接轴间隙易磨损问题,大大提高了工作的可靠性。控制简单方便,并且造价相对较低,实用性较强。

1.一种气动开关阀,包括阀体,阀体中设置有阀芯,其特征在于:所述的阀芯的外密封表面为圆弧面,阀体中设置有适合阀芯旋转的鼓形腔体,阀芯通过阀轴活动设置在阀体中,阀轴的一段伸出阀体并与驱动气缸装置相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种气动开关阀,其特征在于:所述气动开关阀的驱动控制装置为旋转气缸。
