本实用新型涉及一种圆柱滚子端盖轴承,为中型、重型汽车和工程机械用。
背景技术:
中型、重型汽车和工程机械的变速箱主轴孔为盲孔,盲孔难以加工,主轴端部使用滚针轴承,需要先安装轴承套于箱体壁上,再将滚针轴承安装于轴承套内孔与主轴的端部。工作过程中,因主轴的轴向窜动而引起滚针轴承的轴向窜动,使得轴承保持架易损,寿命降低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种圆柱滚子端盖轴承,解决装配轴承的主轴孔难以加工和安装轴承效率低的缺陷;解决轴承轴向窜动容易损坏的问题。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:该圆柱滚子端盖轴承包括外圈、滚子和保持架,若干滚子通过保持架设置在外圈的内周面处,外圈一端装置轴承端盖。由于设置了轴承端盖,变速箱主轴孔由盲孔改为通孔,加工方便;通孔的加工精度容易保证,安装轴承时可以省却轴承套。
外圈为一端有内挡边的单挡边外圈,轴承端盖处于外圈内孔中并抵靠在外圈内挡边的内侧面上。
轴承端盖为凸字型,轴承端盖变径部分圆环端面抵靠在外圈内挡边的内侧面上,轴承端盖外侧面与外圈端面平齐。
保持架的轮廓为直筒后部带凸环的结构,保持架前部插入在轴承端盖的内孔处,保持架的凸环与外圈内孔适配。
由于本实用新型带有轴承端盖,这样可以在变速箱主轴孔的加工过程中由盲孔改为通孔,加工方便;安装时不用轴承套,提高装配效率;在运转时,滚子可以沿单挡边外圈滚道带动保持架向一端自由移动,顺应主轴的轴向微窜动,延长了轴承的使用寿命;轴承端盖可以有效地防止箱体外杂物或者灰尘进入到箱体内,保证圆柱滚子轴承在不受外物干扰的情况下正常运转;圆柱滚子可以承受较大的载荷,具有较高的抗冲击能力。
本实用新型使装配轴承的主轴孔容易加工,轴承安装、维修方便,提高了轴承的安装效率;克服因轴向窜动而引起的轴承损坏,延长了轴承的使用寿命。

参照附图,该圆柱滚子端盖轴承包括外圈1、轴承端盖2、滚子3和保持架4。外圈1为一端有内挡边的单挡边外圈,轴承端盖2为凸字型,轴承端盖2变径部分圆环端面抵靠在外圈1内挡边的内侧面上,外圈1内挡边的内孔与轴承端盖2细径外圆为过盈配合,轴承端盖2外侧面与外圈1端面平齐,保持架4的轮廓为直筒后部带凸环的结构,保持架4前部插入在轴承端盖2的内孔处,保持架4的凸环与外圈1内孔适配,若干滚子3通过保持架4设置在外圈1的内周面处。将保持架4装入外圈1内孔后,采取内装滚子的方法将滚子3压入保持架4内;包装时为防止轴承的分离,用塑料热合的方式进行包装。轴承安装时,将本实用新型压入变速箱主轴孔后,再将主轴装入轴承内孔即可。外圈1:滚动体转动的滚道,允许滚子3轴向移动;轴承端盖2:防止外物进入轴承;滚子3:轴承滚动体,承载径向力;保持架4:保持滚子3不得掉出,引导滚子3沿滚道运转。

1.一种圆柱滚子端盖轴承,包括外圈、滚子和保持架,若干滚子通过保持架设置在外圈的内周面处,其特征在于:外圈(1)一端装置轴承端盖(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚子端盖轴承,其特征在于:外圈(1)为一端有内挡边的单挡边外圈,轴承端盖(2)处于外圈内孔中并抵靠在外圈(1)内挡边的内侧面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的圆柱滚子端盖轴承,其特征在于:轴承端盖(2)为凸字型,轴承端盖(2)变径部分圆环端面抵靠在外圈(1)内挡边的内侧面上,轴承端盖(2)外侧面与外圈端面平齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱滚子端盖轴承,其特征在于:保持架(4)的轮廓为直筒后部带凸环的结构,保持架(4)前部插入在轴承端盖(2)的内孔处,保持架(4)的凸环与外圈(1)内孔适配。
