背景技术
现有应用中使用的注塑产品,一般都是通过注塑系统来完成的,实际应用中的注塑系统常常包括有注塑机、模具、干燥机、混料调节阀、机械手和冷却水管,在生产时,会产生一定量的水口料,有色产品的水口料不能回收利用,只能做黑色产品,从而浪费了色料,增加企业生产成本,而且对水口料需要进行集中粉碎处理,也增加了工人的劳动强度。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种可回收式注塑系统,能及时回收水口料,提高了原料利用率,提高了生产效益,降低了劳动强度。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种可回收式注塑系统,包括有注塑机、干燥机、混料调节阀、机械手,其特征在于所述的的混料调节阀上安装有水口料管,水口料管接有粉碎机。
本实用新型能及时回收水口料,部分产品还可以采用机械手全自动取水口料,从而大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,同时经粉碎后的口水料通过混料调节阀会与新料的混合比例更加均匀,保证了产品的颜色较为一致,减少了色母和色粉的用量,提高了原料利用率,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
一种可回收式注塑系统,包括有注塑机1、干燥机2、混料调节阀3、机械手4,其特征在于所述的的混料调节阀3上安装有水口料管5,水口料管5接有粉碎机6。
在实际应用中,粉碎机一般为慢速粉碎机,部分口水料经机械手送入粉碎机中,经过粉碎后的水口料再通过水口料管通向混料调节阀,即可与新料充分混合,所使用设备功率一般为750W。
