本实用新型涉及一种制低盐重质纯碱的系统,特别是一种以倍半碱工艺或碳化法工艺制得的轻质纯碱为原料,用液相水合法制低盐重质纯碱的系统。
背景技术
目前,重质纯碱已在许多地方取代了轻质纯碱作为工业原料,重质纯碱较轻质纯碱有许多优点。现今生产重质纯碱多采用固相水合法。固相水合法生产重质纯碱,由于其工艺的限制,使得碱的粒度不均匀,成本相对较高,另外,碱的盐分不易控制。目前,液相水合法生产重质纯碱技术可以得到合格率为100%的合格品低盐重质纯碱,但由于系统缺陷,易于产生细小晶体,致使产品的优等品率在88%左右。

本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型液相水合法制低盐重质纯碱的系统可以保证料仓料位恒定、轻质纯碱进料平稳,便于操作,整个系统可以长期稳定运行,系统开工率高于行业同类技术。
