本实用新型涉及一种汽车外壳,包括外壳头部、外壳尾部、外壳后轮部、外壳底部及车窗,所述外壳头部为鸭嘴型钝体,所述外壳后轮部呈三角切削状,所述外壳底部与地面平行,所述外壳尾部小角度上扬,所述外壳底部密封所述汽车外壳。本实用新型通过基于空气动力学,优化流线、设计并制作出有良好流线的节能车车身外壳,通过降低车身风阻,以及自身轻量化的最大化实现,来达到降低油耗的效果。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及汽车领域,特别涉及一种汽车外壳。 
【背景技术】
车辆在行驶时空气阻力会造成汽车动力损失,增加了燃料的消耗,降低了汽车的经济型。 
车壳质量过大会造成汽车动力性下降,燃油消耗增加。且质量过大的外壳会造成汽车整体质量过大,从而使汽车的制动时间和制动距离增加,降低了汽车的安全性。据资料:汽车重量降低1%,油耗就能降低0.7%。车辆每减轻100公斤,二氧化碳排放可减少约5克/公里。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车外壳,其空气阻力小且质量轻。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种汽车外壳,包括外壳头部、外壳尾部、外壳后轮部、外壳底部及车窗,所述外壳头部为鸭嘴型钝体,所述外壳后轮部呈三角切削状,所述外壳底部与地面平行。 
所述外壳底部密封所述汽车外壳。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用型新通过基于空气动力学,优化流线、设计并制作出有良好流线的节能车车身外壳,通过降低车身风阻,以及自身轻量化的最大化实现,来达到降低油耗的效果。

【具体实施方式】
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。 
请参阅图1至图2所示,本实用新型一种汽车外壳6包括外壳头部1、外壳尾部2、外壳后轮部3、外壳底部4及车窗5。 
外壳头部1为鸭嘴型钝体设计,在满足驾驶员乘坐需求的情况下,尽可能的减少了材料的使用,减轻外壳重量,且钝体设计对于流动气体的分离具有很好作用并避免了涡流的产生,可将空气阻力降至最低,优化了外壳流线型设计。 
外壳尾部2上方呈小角度上扬,可减少尾部紊流区面积,使流动动力损失和外壳风阻达到最小。 
外壳后轮部3呈三角切削状。经过风阻测试,由于此部分位于外壳流线尾部,材料在汽车流线型及减低风阻过程中没有任何作用,为减少外壳重量,对该部分外壳进行切削,降低外壳总体重量。 
外壳底部4采用密封设计,使车身底部空气形成层流区域,将车身引起的风阻降至最小。并且外壳底部完全平行于地面,减少节能车运行过程中引起的空气的压缩与膨胀,进一步减少空气动力损失。 
本实用新型一种汽车外壳6整体呈现倒梭形,外壳前方略宽,尽可能为驾驶员提供宽敞的驾驶空间,外壳尾部在流线型基础上将车宽减少,在保证整体流线型的前提下,有效节省外壳整体材料,实现车身轻量化。在外壳轻量化方面,本项目采用强度高、重量轻的碳纤维,减轻车辆整体重量;同时使用优化的外壳强度计算,在满足正常的功能强度条件下使材料的使用量达到最小。 
本实用新型设计可使汽车外壳质量减少,减少了整车重量,且理线形外壳可有效降低车身风阻,经测试,具有流线型及轻量化节能车外壳车辆较没有此试验新型的车辆,耗油率也可降低。本实用型新通过基于空气动力学,优化流线、设计并制作出有良好流线的节能车车身外壳,通过降低车身风阻,以及自身轻量化的最大化实现,来达到降低油耗的效果。

1.一种汽车外壳,其特征在于:包括外壳头部(1)、外壳尾部(2)、外壳后轮部(3)、外壳底部(4)及车窗(5),所述外壳头部(1)为鸭嘴型钝体,所述外壳后轮部(3)呈三角切削状,所述外壳底部(4)与地面平行。
