本实用新型涉及一种连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环,过渡环中间有与模头流道截面形状配合的截流壁,截流壁上均匀分布三至六个分流流道,每个分流流道的内壁有两至六道内螺旋导流面,且内螺旋导流面由两端向分流流道对称中心收缩使得分流流道两端内壁形成静态螺旋叶片式结构。本实用新型将通过的熔融物料的中间料流与外部料流进行互换,熔融物料进行混炼、塑化与分流,使得进入模头的物料内外塑化均匀,熔压更一致,料流更平稳,可以提高型材的质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环。
背景技术
在塑料型材加工过程中,通常熔融物料通过挤出机螺筒、螺杆挤出后,通过一圆形过渡环挤入挤出模头流道内。因挤出机螺筒、螺杆挤出的熔融物料在流道中内外层的塑化不一定很均匀,特别是老旧的挤出机,螺筒、螺杆间隙有变化,不能保证熔融物料内外层的良好塑化,物料流动性也存在差异,流速不均,流道内各处熔压不一致,致使产品物理性能存在差异,严重时可使型材的物理性能达不到国家标准。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环,可以将通过的熔融物料进行混炼、塑化与分流,使得进入模头的物料内外塑化均匀,熔压更一致,料流更平稳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:过渡环中间有与模头流道截面形状配合的截流壁,截流壁上均匀分布三至六个分流流道,每个分流流道的内壁有两至六道内螺旋导流面,且内螺旋导流面由两端向分流流道对称中心收缩使得分流流道两端内壁形成静态螺旋叶片式结构。挤出机挤出的熔融物料通过过渡环后,被分割成多个单元,通过流道内的静态螺旋叶片式导流面将流道中间的物料导向流道外侧,将流道外侧的物料导向流道中间,使得内外物料进一步混炼,加大剪切应力,提高物料塑化性能,并将中间料流与外部料流的位置进行了转移,再被均匀稳定地推向挤出模具的主成型流道,最终获得物理性能优良的产品。
考虑到物料混炼、塑化与分流均匀的因素,截流壁上均匀分布有六个分流流道。
考虑到加工难度,上述每个分流流道的内壁设置三道内螺旋导流面较佳。
由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型将通过的熔融物料的中间料流与外部料流进行互换,熔融物料进行混炼、塑化与分流,使得进入模头的物料内外塑化均匀,熔压更一致,料流更平稳,可以提高型材的质量。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,过渡环1中间有与模头5流道截面形状配合的截流壁,截流壁上均匀分布六个分流流道13,每个分流流道13的内壁有三道内螺旋导流面11、14、16,内螺旋导流面由两端向分流流道13对称中心收缩使得分流流道13两端内壁形成静态螺旋叶片式结构,图中件号12、15、17为相邻螺旋导流面之间的过渡导流面,图中件号18为安装孔。图1中过渡环1进料端分流流道13的内螺旋导流面11位于分流流道13的内侧,图4中过渡环1进料端分流流道13的内螺旋导流面11已旋转至分流流道13的外侧,经此导流面11流动的物料即由内旋转至外,物料经过其它两个导流面14和16导流后其位置同样发生了变化。
其工作原理如图5所示,挤出机2的螺杆21将熔融物料经过渡环1的分流流道13输送至模头5内的流道时,物料沿分流流道13的内螺旋导流面11、14、16旋转,中间料流4与外部料流3经分流流道13内的内螺旋导流面导流后改变位置,外部料流3被旋转至中间,而中间料流4被旋转至外层,并且中间料流与外部料流进行互换的同时进行混炼和塑化,使得进入模头的物料内外塑化均匀,熔压更一致,料流更平稳。
本实用新型过渡环1截流壁上的分流流道13可以均匀设置三至六个,每个分流流道13的内壁可以设置两至六道内螺旋导流面。

1.连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环,其特征在于:过渡环(1)中间有与模头(5)流道截面形状配合的截流壁,截流壁上均匀分布三至六个分流流道(13),每个分流流道(13)的内壁有两至六道内螺旋导流面(11、14、16),且内螺旋导流面由两端向分流流道(13)对称中心收缩使得分流流道(13)两端内壁形成静态螺旋叶片式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环,其特征在于:截流壁上均匀分布有六个分流流道(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连接塑料挤出机与模头的过渡环,其特征在于:每个分流流道(13)的内壁有三道内螺旋导流面(11、14、16)。
