本实用新型涉及一种高效锥形双螺杆,具有进料段、分流段、压缩段、扼流段、排气和塑化均化段,其特征在于:所述进料段双旋螺棱中两螺棱的高度不等,所述高度高的一条螺棱的外径为标准尺寸,其中螺棱二高度低于螺棱一;所述压缩段开有回流槽一;所述排气和塑化均化段采用多螺旋槽和多种不同螺距组合为一体的复合结构;排气和塑化均化段的密炼区开有回流槽二,作为再次的增强塑化分散能力,同时有效地使物料均匀地进入升压输送区。本实用新型无论是整个螺杆的输送能力,还是塑化分散的效果都有显著的提高,同时注重功能区的合理分布,提高整个螺杆的强度。

高效锥形双螺杆
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料粉体材料挤出造粒机,尤其涉及一种锥形双螺杆。 
背景技术
现有技术的塑料粉体材料挤出造粒采用锥形双螺杆挤出效率不高,塑化分散不合理;而平行双螺杆的配置、日常维护成本过高。两种类型的加工的名义比功率过高在0.22至0.35Kw/(kg/h))之间。就目前广泛使用于加工粉体材料的锥形双螺杆挤出机螺杆的结构如图1所示,包括螺杆本体1在螺杆本体上共设有六段螺棱,分别是进料段11、分流段12、压缩段13、扼流段14、排气段15、塑化均化段16,进料段11为双旋高度相同的螺棱,并且压缩段13螺棱的长度不超过所有螺棱段总长度的15%。使用上述螺杆的锥形挤出机主要存在产能不高,塑化分散不合理,导致制品的质量不稳定。 
发明内容
本实用新型主要目的是:解决现有技术所存在产能不高,塑化分散不合理,制品的质量的不足,从而开发一种高效锥形双螺杆。 
将加工的名义比功率控制在0.05至0.12Kw/(kg/h)之间。 
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种高效锥形双螺杆,具有进料段、分流段、压缩段、扼流段、排气和塑化均化段;所述的分流段、压缩段、扼流段三段保持标准型螺杆的大体结构,减少加工难度,只在细节上作以改动,减少加工难度。其特征在于:所述进料段双旋螺棱中两螺棱的高度不等,所述高度高的一条螺棱的外径为标准尺寸,其中螺棱二高度低于螺棱一;所述压缩段开有回流槽一;所述排气和塑化均化段采用多螺旋槽和多种不同螺距组合为一体的复合结构。排气和塑化均化段按实现功能不同分为排气输送区、密炼区、升压输送区、均化区、保压输送区;所述的排气和塑化均化段中的排气输送区为负压输送,与排气段相比采用多螺旋大导程结构来提高负压输送能力。段内的密炼区开有回流槽二,作为再次的增强塑化分散能力,同时有效地使了物料均匀地进入升压输送区,与前后区的螺棱连贯,有效地提高了整个螺杆的强度。

作为优选,所述进料段螺棱二从螺杆端部向前的第2-8圈螺棱起始,到4-12圈螺棱结束。 
作为优选,所述的排气和塑化均化段占螺杆有螺棱段总长度的40%-55%。 
本实用新型的有益效果:由于采用上述技术方案,无论是整个螺杆的输送能力,还是塑化分散的效果都有显著的提高,同时注重功能区的合理分布,提高整个螺杆的强度,优其是争对塑料合成中的特定物料加工要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体说明。 
如图2至图5所示高效锥形双螺杆,锥形双螺杆整合为进料段121、分流段122、压缩段123、扼流段124、排气和塑化均化段125五个功能区段,并按功能区具体作用细分了功能区的结构设计。进料段121双旋螺棱的其中一条螺棱高度低于另一条螺棱高度,高度高的一条螺棱1211的外径为锥形双螺杆标准尺寸,高度低的一条螺棱1212的起始处为端部向前的第2-8圈螺棱开始到4-12圈螺棱结束。分流段122为单螺旋螺棱,主要用于分流来自进料段的物料使其顺利进入压缩段123, 所述压缩段开有回流槽一1231。分流段122、压缩段123与扼流段124形成压缩比为1:1.2-1.5;长度为整个有螺棱段总长度的10%-15%,控制塑化分散功能;排气和塑化均化段125为多旋螺槽和多种不同螺距组合为一体的复合段;排气和塑化均化段125为有螺棱段总长度的40%-55%;排气和塑化均化段125按实现功能不同分为负压输送区251、密炼区252、升压输送区253、均化区254、保压输送区255;其中的密炼区252开有回流槽二2521,作为再次的增强塑化分散能力,同时有效地使物料均匀地进入升压输送区253,与前后区的螺棱连贯,有效地提高了整个螺杆的强度。

1.一种高效锥形双螺杆,具有进料段(121)、分流段(122)、压缩段(123)、扼流段(124)、排气和塑化均化段(125),其特征在于:所述进料段(121)双旋螺棱中两螺棱的高度不等,其中螺棱二(1212)高度低于螺棱一(1211);所述压缩段(123)开有回流槽一(1231);所述排气和塑化均化段(125)采用多螺旋槽和多种不同螺距组合为一体的复合结构,段内设有密炼区(252),所述密炼区开有回流槽二(2521)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效锥形双螺杆,其特征在于:所述进料段螺棱二(1212)从螺杆端部向前的第2-8圈螺棱起始,到4-12圈螺棱结束。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效锥形双螺杆,所述的排气和塑化均化段(125)占螺杆有螺棱段总长度的40%-55%。
