一种小型粉仓灌粉机，主要由控制柜、伺服电机、粉仓支架、丝杠、碳粉袋支架、连接弯管、步进电机、下粉斗，储粉筒组成。储粉筒上端有步进电机，侧上方连接下粉斗；下粉斗通过连接弯管与碳粉袋相连；碳粉袋倒放在碳粉袋支架上；机器一端设置控制柜，通过控制伺服电机带动丝杠转动，丝杠的转动带动储粉筒水平移动。本实用新型具有体积小，操作方便，不需要钻孔，可以自动定量快速从硒鼓粉仓出粉口进行灌粉，减少碳粉飘扬，大大降低对操作工人的危害。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及再生领域的小型硒鼓粉仓灌粉机，特别是适用于对无灌粉口，小容量硒鼓进行灌粉。
背景技术
在硒鼓再生领域，对硒鼓粉仓重新灌装碳粉是整个生产中一道非常重要的工序，不同型号的硒鼓其粉仓大小不同，有的设有灌粉口，可以采用传统的全自动或者半自动碳粉灌装机；而对于一些容量较小，尤其是新款硒鼓大部分在设计上都没有留灌粉口，再生这种类型的硒鼓需要根据硒鼓形状自己钻灌粉口，钻孔的位置受硒鼓粉仓结构的限制，常常只能钻取较小的孔，采用现有的灌粉设备就无法实现快速有效的灌粉。只能采用人工灌粉，而且需要边灌粉边称量，效率很低，且灌装过程中粉尘四溢，不仅造成碳粉的大量浪费，对操作人员健康及环境都造成很大影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种小型粉仓灌粉机，其技术方案如下：
一种小型粉仓灌粉机，主要由控制柜、伺服电机、粉仓支架、丝杠、碳粉袋支架、连接弯管、步进电机、下粉斗，储粉筒组成。储粉筒上端有步进电机，侧上方连接下粉斗；下粉斗通过连接弯管与碳粉袋相连；碳粉袋倒放在碳粉袋支架上；机器一端设置控制柜，通过控制伺服电机带动丝杠转动，丝杠的转动带动储粉筒水平移动。
其中，储粉筒上端敞口，下端呈倒圆锥形，上端安装有步进电机，步进电机轴上安装有搅拌装置，可以防止碳粉板结、堵塞下粉嘴。
所述的连接弯管一端直接外套在碳粉袋上，另一端与下粉斗相连，其伸缩长度大于储粉筒移动的长度。
所述的伺服电机固定在电器控制箱上的电机支架上，电机轴通过丝杠上的轴承座与储粉筒相连，由电机带动储粉筒水平移动下粉。
一种小型粉仓灌粉机具有体积小，操作方便，不需要钻孔，可以自动定量快速地从硒鼓粉仓出粉口进行灌粉等优点，可以提高灌粉效率，减少碳粉飘扬，大大降低对操作工人的危害。

具体实施方式
参考图1，一种小型自动定量灌粉机的工作过程如下：
首先，将粉仓(4)放置在粉仓支架(3)上，推至储粉筒(11)下方，使下粉嘴贴近粉仓出粉口。将碳粉袋(7)倒放在碳粉袋支架(6)上，袋口塞进连接弯管(8)中，碳粉通过下粉斗(10)进入储粉筒(11)中。
然后接通电源，启动控制柜(1)上的开关，伺服电机(2)开始工作，带动丝杠(5)上的储粉筒(11)进行移动，碳粉由于重力及步进电机(9)的搅拌作用开始下流至粉仓(4)中，待灌入碳粉量达到设定值时，电机自动停止工作，完成一个硒鼓的灌粉过程。

1.一种小型粉仓灌粉机，主要由控制柜、伺服电机、粉仓支架、丝杠、碳粉袋支架、连接弯管、步进电机、下粉斗，储粉筒组成，其特征是：储粉筒上端有步进电机，侧上方连接下粉斗；下粉斗通过连接弯管与碳粉袋相连；碳粉袋倒放在碳粉袋支架上；机器一端设置控制柜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种小型粉仓灌粉机，其特征是：所述的储粉筒上端敞口，下端呈倒圆锥形，上端安装有步进电机，步进电机轴上安装有搅拌装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种小型粉仓灌粉机，其特征是：所述的连接弯管一端直接外套在碳粉袋上，另一端与下粉斗相连，其伸缩长度大于储粉筒移动的长度。
