背景技术 
传统的抛光一般就是人工手持抛光砂轮对工件进行抛光或者是机械传动对工件进行抛光，机械抛光时一般就是对工件进行直线或平面运动抛光，对工件特别是桶体工件的长度及直径大小不能太大，较大工件的抛光费时费力，效果也差。 
发明内容
本实用新型十字架抛光机，是一种用于圆筒体内表面和外表面抛光的设备，该设备形状成“十”字状，其结构包括主梁、抛光臂、抛光头、主梁电机、抛光臂伺服电机、抛光头电机、滚轮架。在抛光过程中抛光臂有伺服电机控制，可以横向和纵向的进给，完成各种直径和长度的桶体的抛光，抛光时被抛光件在滚轮架上旋转，抛光轮的转动方向与被抛光件的转动方向相反，达到了逆向抛光的目的，抛光臂的横向进给，使被抛光件均匀地完成抛光。

十字架抛光机，是一种用于圆筒体内表面和外表面抛光的设备，该设备形状成“十”字状，其结构包括主梁、抛光臂、抛光头、主梁电机、抛光臂伺服电机、抛光头电机、滚轮架。 
其抛光过程是：将被抛光件放在滚轮架上，根据被抛光件的长度和直径，通过主梁7上的电机10和丝杠9、滚轮8调整抛光臂1的上下位置以适合被抛光桶体物件的直径大小，通过横臂1上的伺服电机3及12和齿条2、11、13调整好抛光头抛光轮17与被抛光通体物件的长度适应。此时，打开滚轮架电机使被抛光件旋转，然后打开抛光轮电机16，将调整盘14、15调至合适位置，最后启动抛光臂上1的伺服电机3或12。打开伺服电机3或12时先将电机的速度调至最小，然后可以根据需要调整其速度，此时设备可以正常运转对桶体物件进行抛光处理。
