本实用新型涉及一种液压油缸自润滑轴套的结构装置，该自润滑轴套装置主要用在轮式装载机的中间铰轴连接的液压油缸上。 
背景技术
目前，市场上通用的装载机中间铰轴连接的液压油缸常用结构是中间铰轴直接与工作装置的铰轴孔连接，容易使中间铰轴磨损，且不容易维修，只能更换液压油缸总成，造成比较大的浪费。 
发明内容
为了解决目前铰轴式装载机上中间铰轴磨损严重的现象，本实用新型设计采用的自润滑轴套装置的结构形式为： 
中间铰轴的铰轴两端各装配一个自润滑轴承、中间铰轴轴套。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该自润滑轴套装置结构是先将自润滑轴承装配到中间铰轴上，然后将中间铰轴轴套装配在自润滑轴承上，在工作过程中，由中间铰轴轴套与装载机工作装置的铰轴孔连接，起到保护中间铰轴，通过自润滑轴承的自润滑性能润滑中间铰轴，防止中间铰轴磨损，能够显著地改善铰轴式液压油缸的中间铰轴磨损严重的现象，能够保证装载机持续地稳定地正常工作，可适用于工作状况比较恶劣的环境。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以很好地解决中间铰轴连接的液压油缸的铰轴磨损严重的问题，起到润滑中间铰轴的作用，提高铰轴式液压油缸的使用寿命，减低更换油缸总成的成本，并且容易更换易损件，降低了维修成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中，先将自润滑轴承(2)装配在中间铰轴(3)上，然后将中间铰轴轴套(1)装配在自润滑轴承(2)上，工作过程中，由中间铰轴轴套(1)与装载机的工作装置的铰轴孔装配连接，避免了中间铰轴(3)直接与铰轴孔接触，自润滑轴承(2)利用自润滑性能润滑中间铰轴(3)，减轻了中间铰轴(3)的磨损，延长了中间铰轴(3)的使用寿命，从而使得铰轴式液压油缸总成的寿命得到了延长。
