Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种集装箱升降平台车,具体地说是一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,其包括发动机动力装置,发动机动力装置包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,特征在于设有电动力装置,电动力装置包括电动机、液压泵、电缆和电源,电动机一端与液压泵相连接,另一端经电缆与电源相连接,电动力装置和发动机动力装置经换向阀并联后与液压系统相连接,本实用新型由于采用上述结构,使其具有尾气排放少、噪声低的要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种集装箱升降平台车,具体地说是一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置。
背景技术
在停机坪上,使用集装箱升降平台车为飞机装卸、传送集装箱或集装板。集装箱升降平台车设有动力装置和液压泵,液压泵经液压马达或液压油缸驱动行走轮和升降传输平台,集装箱升降平台车主要活动内容为转场、对接飞机和装卸作业,装卸作业时集装箱升降平台车位置固定,装卸作业所用时间约占全部开机时间的90%。
当平台车处于操作状态时:发动机将动力提供给液压泵,通过液压系统将液压能传递给液压执行原件,实现平台车的行走及升降功能。将液压油传递到主平台、桥平台起升缸可分别实现主平台、桥平台的起升与降落;当主平台、桥平台起升到与飞机舱门对齐位置时,液压能通过传送马达驱动传动轴带动万向滚轮,从而实现货物的升降及传输运动。
目前,集装箱升降平台车主要使用柴油发动机驱动液压泵为液压系统提供液压能,通过液压马达或液压油缸等执行原件完成各种运动功能。以柴油发动机为动力,一方面增加了停机坪的排放污染,另一方面也增大了环境噪声,同时由于油价偏高,运行费用居高不下。
发明内容
为了克服现有集装箱升降平台车动力装置存在以柴油发动机为动力,一方面增加了停机坪的排放污染,另一方面也增大了环境噪声,同时由于油价偏高,运行费用居高不下的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种尾气排放少,噪声低、运行成本低的带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机动力装置,发动机动力装置包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,其特征在于设有电动力装置,电动力装置包括电动机、液压泵、电缆和电源,电动机一端与液压泵相连接,另一端经电缆与电源相连接,电动力装置和发动机动力装置经换向阀并联后与液压系统相连接,
本实用新型可在发动机液压泵和电动机液压泵之间设有保护装置,以防止过流、过载和过热。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,使其具有可选择的双套动力装置,当集装箱升降平台车处于行驶状态时由发动机驱动液压泵,为系统提供液压能,进行升降作业时,关闭发动机,为电动机接通电源,由电动机驱动液压泵,为系统提供液压能,采用电动装卸作业时,有利于减少发动机排放并降低噪声,在占总开机时间90%的作业时间内,不产生尾气排放,噪声由85dBA降到70dBA,满足集装箱升降平台车在停机坪作业时排放少、噪声低的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明:
在图1中,一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机动力装置,发动机动力装置包括发动机1、液压泵2和液压系统3,其特征在于设有电动力装置,电动力装置包括电动机5、液压泵4、电缆和电源6,电动机5一端与液压泵4相连接,另一端经电缆与电源6相连接,电动力装置和发动机动力装置经换向阀并联后与液压系统3相连接。
本实用新型可在发动机液压泵2和电动机液压泵4之间设有保护装置,以防止过流、过载和过热。
当平台车处于行驶状态时:柴油发动机1将动力提供给液压泵2,通过液压系统3的管路将液压油传递给行走马达给前驱动桥输入动力,前驱动桥再将动力传递到车轮。
当平台车处于操作状态时,可以关闭发动机1,为电动机5接通电源,由电动机5将动力提供给液压泵4,再通过液压系统3将液压油传递给液压系统,从而实现升降与传送运动。
因此,双动力平台车与单动力平台车相比,在一定程度上降低了尾气排放,节省燃油。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,使其具有可选择的双套动力装置,当集装箱升降平台车处于行驶状态时由发动机1驱动液压泵2,为系统提供液压能,进行升降作业时,关闭发动机1,为电动机5接通电源6,由电动机5驱动液压泵4,为系统提供液压能,采用电动装卸作业时,有利于减少发动机1排放并降低噪声,在占总开机时间90%的作业时间内,不产生尾气排放,噪声由85dBA降到70dBA,满足集装箱升降平台车在停机坪作业时排放少、噪声低的要求。

1. 一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机动力装置,发动机动力装置包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,其特征在于设有电动力装置,电动力装置包括电动机、液压泵、电缆和电源,电动机一端与液压泵相连接,另一端经电缆与电源相连接,电动力装置和发动机动力装置经换向阀并联后与液压系统相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带电动泵的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,其特征在于发动机液压泵和电动机液压泵之间设有保护装置。
