本发明涉及一种集装箱升降平台车,具体地说是一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,其包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,特征在于设有分动箱、电动机和电源,分动箱动力输入端分别经离合器与发动机和电动机相连接,输出端与液压泵相连接,电动机经电缆与电源相连接,本发明由于采用上述结构,使其具有可选择的双套动力装置,有利于减少发动机排放并降低噪声,在占总开机时间90%的作业时间内,不产生尾气排放,噪声由85dBA降到70dBA,满足集装箱升降平台车在停机坪作业时排放少、噪声低的要求。

带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种集装箱升降平台车,具体地说是一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置。
背景技术
在停机坪上,使用集装箱升降平台车为飞机装卸、传送集装箱或集装板。集装箱升降平台车设有动力装置和液压泵,液压泵经液压马达或液压油缸驱动行走轮和升降传输平台。
集装箱升降平台车主要活动内容为转场、对接飞机和装卸作业,装卸作业时集装箱升降平台车位置固定,装卸作业所用时间约占全部开机时间的90%。
当平台车进行装卸作业时,发动机将动力提供给液压泵,通过液压管路将液压能传递到液压执行原件,主平台、桥平台的升降由液压缸控制剪式机构实现,当主平台、桥平台起升到与飞机舱门对齐位置时,液压泵将液压能传递给传送马达,驱动传动轴带动万向滚轮,从而实现货物的升降及传输。
目前,集装箱升降平台车主要使用柴油发动机驱动液压泵为液压系统提供液压能,通过液压马达或液压油缸等执行原件完成各种运动功能,以柴油发动机为动力,一方面增加了停机坪的排放污染,另一方面也增大了环境噪声,同时由于油价偏高,运行费用居高不下,浪费燃油。
发明内容
为了克服现有集装箱升降平台车存在以柴油发动机为动力,一方面增加了停机坪的排放污染,另一方面也增大了环境噪声,同时由于油价偏高,运行费用居高不下的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种双动力、节省燃油、尾气排放少、噪声低的一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,其特征在于设有分动箱、电动机和电源,分动箱动力输入端分别经离合器与发动机和电动机相连接,输出端与液压泵相连接,电动机经电缆与电源相连接。
本发明由于采用上述结构,使其具有可选择的双套动力装置,有利于减少发动机排放并降低噪声,在占总开机时间90%的作业时间内,不产生尾气排放,噪声由85dBA降到70dBA,满足集装箱升降平台车在停机坪作业时排放少、节省燃油、噪声低的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
在图1、图2、图3中,一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机1、液压泵3和液压系统4,其特征在于设有分动箱2、电动机5和6电源,分动箱2动力输入端分别经离合器与发动机1和电动机5相连接,输出端与液压泵3相连接,电动机5经电缆与电源6相连接,分动箱2、液压系统4的结构和连接关系与现有技术相同,此不赘述。
当平台车处于行驶状态时由发动机1通过分动箱2驱动液压泵3,为液压系统4提供液压能,此时电动机5经离合器与分动箱2脱开联接,当行驶至工作位置进行起升、传送等操作时,关闭发动机1,为电动机5接通电源6,由电动机5通过分动箱2驱动液压泵3,为液压系统4提供液压能,此时发动机1经离合器与分动箱2脱开联接,从而实现货物的升降与传送运动。
本发明由于采用上述结构,使其具有可选择的双套动力装置,有利于减少发动机排放并降低噪声,在占总开机时间90%的作业时间内,不产生尾气排放,噪声由85dBA降到70dBA,满足集装箱升降平台车在停机坪作业时排放少、节省燃油、噪声低的要求。

1.一种带分动箱的集装箱升降平台车双动力装置,包括发动机、液压泵和液压系统,其特征在于设有分动箱、电动机和电源,分动箱动力输入端分别经离合器与发动机和电动机相连接,输出端与液压泵相连接,电动机经电缆与电源相连接。
