下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述：载重汽车桥壳内胀缩径模具，由内膜具2和外膜具4组成；其特征在于：内膜具2与外膜具4滑动配合，内膜具2中设有缩颈膜块，内膜具2与侧缸1相连。
工作时将模具放入涨型后的异型方钢管4中，装入外模具3内，开启侧缸1使其对内膜具2中的缩颈模块施加压力，通过缩颈模块进行缩颈，可达到图纸工艺尺寸要求。
