下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:载重汽车桥壳与后桥盖为一体的校型并缩颈成型模具是由外形靠模3、上压模2、内腔模组成,其中内腔模包括后桥盖校型模1和缩颈模4,其特征在于:上压模2和内腔模挤胀配合,内腔模设有后桥盖校型模1和缩颈模4,外形靠模3与底板相连接,缩颈模4和上压模2分别与上油缸和两侧油缸相连接。
工作时将胀型后装有内腔模的异型管5放入外形靠模3中,上油缸带动上压模2下压异型管5,并起到对桥壳后桥盖校型的作用,然后两端侧油缸带动内腔缩颈模4,进行缩颈,可达到工艺要求尺寸。
