封闭式散热的高压变频节能电机,电机壳体由电机壳座与前盖和后盖密封固定连接在一起组成,电机壳座的内部成型有风扇安装座,风扇安装在风扇安装座上,风扇的出风口对着电机定子方向,电机壳座对着风扇出风口方向固定有若干个呈片状分布的散热片。它散热效果好,电机壳体处于封闭状态,可以杜绝灰尘进入电机内部,增加电机使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及电机技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种高压变频节能电机的散热装置。 
背景技术
电机工作时发热会导致使用寿命降低,其发热部位主要是转子和定子绕组,电机运行带动电机内部的风扇旋转,将外界的空气输送到电机内部,对电机的转子和定子绕组进行强行冷却。高压变频节能电机为了杜绝灰尘进入电机内部,所以采用了封闭式结构,它不能象普通电机那样在后盖处固定散热片。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种封闭式散热的高压变频节能电机,它散热效果好,电机壳体处于封闭状态,可以杜绝灰尘进入电机内部,增加电机使用寿命。 
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下: 
封闭式散热的高压变频节能电机,电机壳体由电机壳座与前盖和后盖密封固定连接在一起组成,电机壳座的内部成型有风扇安装座,风扇安装在风扇安装座上,风扇的出风口对着电机定子方向,电机壳座对着风扇出风口方向固定有若干个呈片状分布的散热片。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于: 
1、它采用全封闭冷却装置,不会将空气中的灰尘带到转子和定子绕组上,增加了电机的使用寿命。它由于采用较小功率的风扇,所以噪音小。 
2、电机壳座对着风扇出风口方向固定有若干个呈片状分布的散热片,有助于电机更快散热,使电机内部冷却。
