背景技术
蓄电池能将有限的电能储存起来,在合适的地方使用,工作时将化学能转化为电能。由于蓄电池的储存功能,蓄电池的发展越来越受到人们的关注,而蓄电池的结构也在一步步改进。蓄电池安装完毕后,
铅酸蓄电池在安装使用时会产生气体,气体易经槽盖上的注液孔和通气槽向外逸出,传统的蓄电池槽盖采用一片式的盖板来遮盖注液孔和通气槽,盖板过长,较长一段时间后,蓄电池槽盖上的盖体容易被气体向外顶出,发泡隆起变形,甚至导致盖板脱落,影响蓄电池的使用。
中国专利申请200520015310.7公开了一种带倒扣的蓄电池槽盖,与蓄电池槽上端密封连接,包括中盖和卡扣于中盖上端的盖板,所述的中盖上设有滑盖,滑槽内端设有倒槽,盖板内表面上于滑槽配合设有倒扣。该实用新型结构简单,盖板与中盖之间配合气密性好,减少了气体的溢出,但该实用新型采用一片式的盖板,盖板中部容易变形而导致密封效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种蓄电池槽盖,解决了传统蓄电池槽盖一片式盖板容易变形的问题。
一种蓄电池槽盖,包括盖体和盖板,所述盖体顶面设有容纳盖板的凹槽,凹槽底面设有若干个注液孔,所述的凹槽数量为不小于两个。
所述的盖板正对盖体一侧中心设有一凸起,所述的凹槽底面设有与凸起配合的定位孔,结构简单,连接牢固。
所述的凹槽数量为两个,两个凹槽大小相等且沿盖体长度方向排列,结构简单,有效减小了盖板的长度。
本实用新型的蓄电池槽盖采用多片盖板,盖板长度缩小,不易变形,密封效果好。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4和5所示,一种蓄电池槽盖,包括盖体1和盖板2,盖体1顶面设有两个容纳盖板2的凹槽3,两个凹槽3大小相等且沿盖体1长度方向排列,每个凹槽3底面设有四个注液孔4,凹槽3的数量可以根据盖体1长度进行调整,但凹槽3的数量不少于两个。
盖板2正对盖体1一侧中心设有一凸起9,凹槽3底面设有与凸起9配合的定位孔8。
安装时,将盖板2上的凸起9对准盖体1上的凹槽3底面中心,使得盖板2上的凸起9扣入凹槽3中心的定位孔8内,并用力按压盖板2,使得盖板2和盖体1紧密配合。

1.一种蓄电池槽盖,包括盖体(1)和盖板(2),所述的盖体(1)顶面设有容纳盖板(2)的凹槽(3),凹槽(3)底面设有若干个注液孔(4),其特征在于:所述的凹槽(3)数量为不小于两个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池槽盖,其特征在于:所述的盖板(2)正对盖体(1)一侧中心设有一凸起(9),所述的凹槽(3)底面设有与凸起(9)配合的定位孔(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池槽盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(3)数量为两个,两个凹槽(3)大小相等且沿盖体长度方向排列。
